On 12/17/24 “Manger” at the time Jasmine was not friendly and very unhelpful when it came to questions about purchasing a chair for work. She made it seem like I was bothering her with the different variations of questions about the different chairs that were on display. I went ahead and bought the chair because I honestly needed it for work. I requested receipt be sent to me via email went home checked all emails and no receipt found. Due to my unfavorable customer service experience I went right back and returned the chair ASAP. The other two women that worked that evening were very friendly. If you choose to shop at this location I advise you get help from anyone else besides Jasmine.

Last week I returned an Amazon package where I usually make returns. Today I returned another Amazon package and was told " I will do this for you today but all Amazon returns are to be made at the customer service desk". I do not appreciate being corrected when I did nothing wrong. One minute it's go to the printer area for Amazon returns. The next it's go to customer service desk. There are no signs that say all Amazon returns are at the customer service desk. I would like the store to correct this situation so that customers are not given inconsistent information. I suggest that the store post signs that direct customers to the correct place to return Amazon packages.

I use Ipostal and my mailbox is in this store. Don’t pay for 1 day or 2 day shipping. You will pay extra and the employees will ship your mail whenever they get ready and blame it on the mail man. If I pay extra I expect my package to be shipped within the time frame I payed for. They wasted my money and time.

Staff is polite. My rating is based off their printers. It is the whole purpose of me going to your store. The printers are slow, non-responsive, and cannot process simple formats such as PDF. You might get over on the typical non-English speaking customer, but not for my business needs. All businesses should not waste time printing at this location.

Incompetence across the board. This was by far my worst experience shopping at a staples in my life. Printed the wrong file, manager was no help and extremely slow to respond. Didn’t know how to make the file work. Got 1 less booklet than I paid for. Enough of an experience for me to never want to shop at a staples again. The utter stupidity blows my mind. Was almost like the blind leading the blind. Not to mention my store pick up, took an hour……..

I’ve been coming to this Staples location for over a year now to get programs printed for the nonprofit I work for. On several occasions I’ve been helped by Kyle in the printing area. He’s extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I’m not that tech savvy and I’ve been able to come in and leave with exactly the things I’m needing and some how knowing more about paper. Kyle is an excellent example of outstanding customer service.
