Had to replace a printer and went to Office Depot first since they were closer. I had just replaced the $150 ink cartridges before I realized the printer was no good. OD would sell me a printer but I was SOL on getting a credit on the cartridges. I went to my old Staples and Tonya said they would not only give a credit for the cartridges but would match the price on the printer. I even got a Rewards credit for recycling my old printer. This is why etail only will not replace brick and mortar, true customer service.

Manager and an associate greeted me when I walked into the store asking if I needed any help finding a product but also greeting me with a friendly hello.
If there was anyone knowledgeable on anti virus software it would have been a 5 rating.
Nice friendly store.

I stop at the Staples at Dale Mabry/Bearss whenever my printer is thirsty for ink. The staff is always professional and patient in handling my needs. I appreciate the friendliness of this location. Update: I continue to shop at Staples as needs arise. The staff there is professional, personable, and do a great job to handle my needs.

Best Buy Geek Squad said my problem was hardware and I needed to book an in-home appointment. Went to Staples and Dan the Tech guy in Tampa store spent a lot of time but figured out the driver (software) problem for $32.00. Very impressed.

They didn’t scan my item properly from Amazon the store manager was very careless about the customer service and had a bad attitude when I asked about the item I scanned I did not keep my return receipt when called Amazon they confirmed that the item was not shown as scanned bad service also all their items looked a little over priced I would not recommend going there

Staples is a great company that has been a reliable source of creative inspiration. A source for school supplies and fax services. My fascination with creating little books for each of my grandchildren was encouraged and supported by the Staples staff. I purchased materials for lamenting the little books. And then brought them back to Staples to have them bound. My family and friends teased me about lamenting everything in sight. I highly recommend Staples for anyone who needs office supplies and support with their projects.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Staples, thanks to Juliana and Julian! I was traveling from out of state for a conference and had taken a Lyft 30 minutes to get there. Despite some equipment issues, Juliana and Julian didn't miss a beat. They worked seamlessly as a team, providing outstanding customer service, quality, and problem-solving skills to get me what I needed for my sessions and receptions the next night (and they were even able to assist the other line of customers coming at them!). Their dedication and professionalism were truly impressive. Corporate, take note – these two are exceptional! I can't be more grateful for their help. Thank you, Juliana and Julian!
