I’m livid! Went in and told the lady what type of haircut she needed to give my son after showing her a picture. I explained to her that all I wanted was a half inch all around his head nothing fancy, just a simple trim, out of his eyes. That means keeping the same style haircut! My son’s hair is completely chopped up, thinned out, and has a style to it ??♀️. Not to mention that when I walked in, all 3 were sitting, eating and starring at me, waiting for me to say something! REALLY! That should’ve been my first son to walk out and I wish I would have. My son homecoming is tomorrow. Thanks for f his hair up!

Great experience with Marilyn at the salon! The color was bright and fresh. Love the friendly environment at the salon..feels like family. Highlights and color they use works great with my hair. Walk in appointments are even better for me and they got me in without trouble. Thank you Marilyn ❤️?

Thought of a hair cut after long time and visited Palermo. There is a great lady by name Lydia who is so efficient and treated me with lots of patience. She did a great job with my hair and did a hair cut exactly I requested her for. She did an outstanding job and never rushed into. Great price too. I highly recommend her if you need a hair cut. Kudos to you Lydia! Thank you .

Such an amazing experience!! I had Yessenia and she was absolutely incredible! She took her time and did exactly what I was looking for! It’s been hard to find a hair salon I love since moving here 3 years ago! Definitely recommend! Got a color, cut and blow out and I loved every part of it. They are also very reasonably priced! Thank you again!

I used Lydia to get highlights and a trim and she did an amazing job!
I also got my eyebrows done and Frances was so informative on how to get my eyebrows to where I want them to be.
This place is a hidden gem!
They always have availability and prices are great!

I couldn't find the picture of how the owner ( isn't the one on the profile picture here) did my eyebrows. She thought I was Asian person like her and she literally cut all edges of my eyebrows leaving it unmanageable for 3 months. Her excuse and apology was " you can makeup them" and " it will grown up. Don't worry that much ". In top of that she charged for the mess she did.
