I do not go to Starbucks, I sit at the light at the one on linebaugh/ Sheldon Rd..which is why it's showing up on my phone.I'll stop down the road at 7-11 instead if I want a coffee!

Incompetence at a shocking high degree.When I entered the drive thru there were only two cars ahead of me, and I thought "great this will be quick". It was not!I placed an order for a tall coffee and a tall ice water. The guy repeated both items correctly.After which I quickly got to the pickup window. That's when it went downhill.At the window, no one was there to greet me and I waited four minutes, FOUR WHOLE MINUTES, before someone came. My card was scanned, after which I still waited another minute to actually receive my drink.Although I ordered both a tall coffee and a tall ICE-water, I received a grande coffee and a grande cup of water with NO ICE. Because I had already been waiting so long I drove off without realizing my drinks were wrong.Upon realizing the error, I quickly turned around and went back to the drive through explaining that my order was wrong. Without apologizing I was just asked what my order was supposed to be and that they'd refund the original order. At the window I received a refund and was then asked to pay for the correct drink - which I was confused because I was only told they'd refund the original (mistake). Not very pleased I opted to just get the refund, after which I left. Very annoyed at this point.No one in attendance at the window matched with a long wait ❌Wrong drink order❌No sincere apology❌Just horrible service at every turn.I will not be returning to this location again!This happened on 20th-Mar-24 around 2:20pm

On my way for my appointment, I noticed Starbucks I turned immediately into the parking lot and picked up my coffee. Highly recommended for cafe

Called this location back they messed up my drink order. Called next morning gentleman was very rude and unprofessional. Told me to go to another Starbucks to get it replaced even thou I had the receipt. Then hung up the phone before taking my info down. Call was made February 14 2024 at 8:50am will not be coming back to this location. Horrible staff and management.

Staff is consistently disconnected, unengaged and abrupt most of the time. Not sure what training they have received, but does not match the Starbuck standard that comes from corporate.

am a gold member recently moved to this neighborhood.early morning visits are best here. great and attentive team and in main location.other times -when it is slow time/even in weekends -the team that works is always busy chatting within the members on headphones and getting my order messed up each time .each and every time and happened few times already. no seriousness at work . happened few times already and there is no display of manager business /district manager contact card displayed in the store to take such matters to.

Same experience as other reviewers. Absolutely rudest drive-thru staff. 25 min waiting for a $6 cup of coffee only to be told to go back around their construction zone. Doesn't seem like this location upholds company values. Will not return.

I have lived in this area on and off for years and today I decided to venture in and get a coffee...this place has become gross. It is Sunday morning at 7:30am. All the tables have crumbs and are disgusting. The customer service today was meh... I am so sad to see how run down this place looks and is. I spent over $10 on a drink here....DO BETTER Starbucks!!!!
