One word. SLOW. I never order from this Starbucks as I really like the one on Gandy by Target. Made the mistake of ordering ahead at this one and I’ll never make that mistake again. It took so long to get through TWO cars, yes TWO.

The person helping me at the window was great but you should be able to break a $100 bill on a $40 order. Manager on shift was nasty about it, I should have just cancelled and wasted the order.

I doubt many people read reviews for Starbucks since it's generally great, however, this location has such terrible consistency. The coffee I always order is straight from the menu, I don't add anything to it, so you'd think it would taste the same every time. One day it will taste like overly sweetened milk, the next it will taste like burnt, watered down coffee, and then the next it tastes perfect. The service is also very inconsistent. I either get someone very friendly and personable, or someone who won't say a word to me. I can't bring myself to waste any more money at this location. I'd rather drive another 5-10 minutes for a coffee I can count on.

Everyone is very polite at this location but this is the Slowest Starbucks EVER!! Took what seemed like an eternity waiting in the DT lin…..on multiple occasions! If you’re in a hurry don’t use the DT or you will be late!

Isaiah went above and beyond in fixing my mobile order that I had submitted to the wrong store. I’ll be coming to this Starbucks from now on! Great service & location.

The service here is terrible. I ordered a drink, with customizations, when I received the order it was not made the way I ordered. It wasn't even made with the correct milk. I asked for it to be made over. When I got the "corrected" Drink, it was overflowing, coffee spilling everywhere. Not to mention the coffee tasted burnt. (Ordered a latte). The barista made the statement "we make the vanilla sweet cream with milk", when I told her it taste like they made latte with milk. I told her I'm aware of how sweet cream is made, sweet cream is sweet, milk isn't, and my drink taste like it was made with milk, not sweet cream . So we debated on that back and forth. The next day I'm back to order my usual, they ask me what time was my order supposed to be ready. I told her 3:36, I got to the drive thru window at 3:35. She said " Just so you know it may not be ready but pull around". Ohhhk? So I drive around, once again, my drink is made very sloppy, overflowing, just a complete mess. So she's trying to stop it from leaking but she can't because of the way the barista made it. So she hands it to me, and I tell her there's no way I can put this in my car it won't stop leaking, at that point I asked for a refund. Her response was " well she said that yesterday you said something about the sweet cream, we make the sweet cream with milk that's probably why it's so thick." So I said your trying to tell me that the reason my drink is overflowing is because of me getting sweet cream? That' makes no sense. Clearly she put too much liquid in a grande cup. And furthermore, what does yesterdays drink have to do with todays? None of it made sense, and because she knew me by the drink I ordered I'm led to believe the overflowing of the drink was intentional. I will not be returning.

This is the worst franchise location I’ve ever been to. I used to go every day until I realize they are beyond rude and don’t respect the customers and this goes all the way up to the management Hector I believe the name is. So every morning I placed a mobile order at 5 in the morning so I could grab my large coffee and 2 danishes. There are two lovely ladies who say good morning every time I pull up and so I respond to them with the same energy. Ones name is Abigail I don’t recall the other young ladies name, however, I AM THE CUSTOMER AND I AM THE ONE SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY at this business. So I pull up one morning a lady came to the window and said my name obviously because I put the order in and then she said to me that the other people who work there don’t like when I come because I don’t say good morning to them first then she proceeded to let me know the regional even knows about this because they think it’s rude I don’t say good morning. FIRST OF ALL THEY SHOULD SAY GOOD MORNING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY ONE WHO DOES REPEAT BUSINESS. Second why should I go out of my way to say good morning if no one other than the two ladies who are polite say good morning and I respond. No I am the customer and I’m the one spending my money. If it is that your staff are more important than the people spending their money close the darn business and cater to them only. I will never spend another dollar at this location

Today me and my fiance came to the store.I order a bacon sausage an egg wrap. It was so blend they didn't even have the sauce for it. I wanted a pumpkin muffin. They didn't have it. Then I asked for a chocolate chip muffin. They didn't have it. My fiance order a spinach wrap it was also bland. people was very rude? They should have everything. This is a new store no excuse for not having what we needed. we will never come back to it.
