The food was delicious, but I asked for the bathroom to do something necessary and they were closed, I asked the person who served us to open it and he told me he didn't have the keys…. I wonder ? could it be that I left him $1dolat as a tip... that can't be

Says on everything open till 9 I’m here 30 mins before and they are completely shut down. And still inside. That’s bad business. Fix your hours or change the employees

10 mins past open time. Store is not open. Looks like an employee is putting store together but door remains locked. The online ordering doesn't work and really bad attitudes this morning. Not impressed will not go back. So I can't get food and I cannot get points for the food I wanted to buy. I'll go somewhere else. They Def don't want my money.Parking: I was the only person on the lot.

I order quit often from this location and I tried again today with the app that I use every other time and it kept saying error. I called the store 3 times no one answered. I drove to location since it's only 1 mile from my office and told the lady about problems and showed her my app and what it was doing. She was VERY rude and said well it's your phone. I said no ma'am because I even tried to do it on my desktop from work and asked since she can clearly see a problem, would she honor deal? She VERY quickly said NO. So they lost my business. I ate at Steak n Shake. Not how you treat customers

Pulled up at 8:34 doors are locked, signed are turned off, two employees inside cleaning & breaking down equipment. Is there a reason why this location is closing 30 minutes early ?
