I haven't had Subway in years and felt like a sandwich because Publix was too far. Big mistake. This place was empty when I went in. Two random people sitting on their phone. I told them I was ordering for myself and 2 other people. Instantly they were annoyed. I am sure other people do this too. Basically had to deal with an attitude the 5 whole minutes I was there. The owner really needs to see this. Change up your staff. Not every customer is going to know exactly what they want.

Coupon policy, I was there today I was helping out a friend who was home sick in bed she asked me a favor to run to subway to get 3 subs for her and her family so she did not have to run out of her house. So I also decided to get a sandwich for myself while I am there. (It’s been years I have been to a subway I always went to Publix) This was going to be 2 separate transactions with 2 separate payment methods the first transaction was for the family I was helping out and my friend gave me a coupon for 3 subs for 17.99. I made this clear it was going to be 2 separate transactions when I got to the counter and the lady said sorry one coupon per customer. I said it going to be 2 separate transactions with 2 separate forms of payment. She said no it’s per customer, I said what’s the difference. I also said, should I leave and come back in a few minutes and she said no. She would not budge on that stupid rule. (So the sick person should have gone with me in order to take the other coupon where is the compassion?). It was very obvious this order was for another group of people because I was reading what they wanted off my phone so I can get the order right. Bottom line I have no plans on returning to this store and since I couldn’t use my extra coupon for the 4th sandwich (one sandwich for 6.99 ) I did not get the 4th so I went to Publix instead. It’s the principle at this point you will turn down business over a couple of dollars instead of making a 2nd transaction and take my coupon for my own sandwich and if it was a good sandwich and have repeat business in the future. It’s really sad to see that. As a business owner myself I make every effort to make people happy and have a great experience so they can come back and mention to their friends to do business there. I was not expecting the store to give me a free sandwich, it was a coupon that subway corporate put together. On the flip side when she scanned the 17.99 coupon the P.O.S system said it didn’t qualify for the coupon but she did do something to push it through that was the positive on it but also charged me extra for cheese for 1.09 according to my receipt ~John

Too bad there is no option to give it zero stars. I've been going to many subways for two decades and this is the worst of the lot. Placing the order was agonizing and the woman taking our order had an attitude that felt like we had to beg her to take our orders. We just left in the middle of our orders because of her charming attitude. Unprofessional and uneducated to say the least. Found another subway 5 minutes away. Take my advice and avoid this subway like the plague.

Terrible customer service. Employee was not personable at all and tried to speak to me as if I was there to bother her. Don't work at a public food chain if you are miserable.

Horrible customer service, the employee Amanda refused to make my sandwich because she couldn’t hear my requests and was not knowledgeable on the Subway sandwich menu. The manager had to make my sandwich. Amanda displayed horrible customer service, seemed like she didn’t want to be at work and took her frustrations on the customer.

First time at this location lady that worked night shift HORRIBLE!! Did not great me had a very bad attitude for no reason. Told me if I wanted different toppings should have done it in the app. Customer service and cleanliness needs all new. Get a new staff before they run everyone away. I did not get her name due to no name tag I’m sure for a reason that she is rude to people. Also place closed at 9pm this person locked the door at 8:15pm mam whoever you are get a new job, this is not for you. -0 stars would not recommend to come here.

I went today with my two kids. Not a good experience.Lot of problem here -1. Not clean place2. Coupon Issue = Kid gave coupon which they declined saying we do-not accept it. They could have said this properly.3. Billing Issue = When i asked about details of receipt where tips was automatically added, some one popped up and very rudely said I am manager, ask me question. Manager was pretending like she is ready to argue4. Sandwitch was not made properly.5. My kids were asking how they can speak so rudely. Even kids were able to recognize their worst behaviour. Overall environment of this subway was very bad.First time i had such a bad experience at Subway. If they have to keep their good name, they should do something on these feedback

Ordered a sandwich while trying to put together a party order for the next day. (Caucasian) older lady was rude & not helpful at all. Acted like she's doing me a favor by being there. Didn't act interested in helping me with the party order. Another employee commented that there would only be one person working tomorrow/Saturday. Guess that meant they didn't want my party order. Walked out & took my business to Publix.

Ordered a 6” tuna, the person taking the order was trying to rush me even though there was no one behind me. Could not see her name tag, she was an afro American female. She was difficult to understand as she appeared to be mumbling. When I told her I couldn’t hear her she began shouting so loud that other customers were shaking their heads in unbelief. The only reason I didn’t just walk out is because I was running late, however after due consideration, I should have just told her that her mannerism was totally unacceptable and then walked out. This was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am totally disappointed that subway would have even hired a person of this caliber.

I should have taken a picture of the bottom of the barrel tomatoes she put on my sandwich. When I asked her why not take nice looking tomatoes like she just put in the bowl she was making? And she should throw these away she snapped back at me, Good luck making it in this industry. I won't be back..
