I’m not from Florida but I’m down here visiting family. I ordered online $40 called and Uber to pick it up $12 got back to eat my order was wrong bread and it had items I did not add to be on it . So im like no biggy I’ll go back ask to have it made correctly well I tried calling first 3 times no answer. So I call another uber now $14. I get to store with the sandwich that was made wrong and my receipt she tells me they are out of bread I wanted but she can remake sandwich but it wouldn’t be the bread that I wanted well I had my taste buds set on a specific sandwich and I’m stubborn when comes to my food so I just ask for a refund she tells me very rudely “I can’t do that” I tell her it can be on gift card that’s fine but I leave for home tomorrow she again tells me she can’t do that . That is have to call the manager Tiffany . So I’m out $25 and ended up not eating anything at all . I just wish she would have called the number on my online order and let me know they were out instead of just doing what she wanted. And what made it worse is she did it to several others because she told me the next few orders wanted same as me and she she making it how she wanted

My family and I love to eat Subway. The manager Tiffany is very rude, unpleasant, and doesn't know how to treat customers. She's definitely not management material.

Avoid this place at all costs! they are the nastiest and rudest people ever. If you think that the red haired lady is always angry and easily annoyed by everything and everyone wait till you get attended by the lady who claims to be the manager, way worse. Also the food looks and taste like it’s been there for months. We work next door and used to buy here all the time but even with us they were so rude, well not anymore i guess cus non of us will be buying from here from now on.

This was the CLEANEST subway Ive ever been to. Ms. Maria and Ms. Janice were extremely pleasant. I am observant and noticed the cleanliness of the eating area and ESPECIALLY where food is prepared, nothing was out of place. To top the bathroom was soooooo clean! . Loved it! We will be back. Thank you so much ladies.

The restaurant was clean and all the food looks fresh. The lady who helped us was quiet but polite. However, I told her at the beginning that I had 2 sandwiches and as soon as she popped my first one in the oven she asked the person behind me what they wanted. So, I thought she'd come back to my second order in a minute and she didn't. The service wasn't bad, I just wish she had paid attention. In all fairness I could have reminded her but she didn't even ask if there was anything else. Usually they do before they push you down the line.

Came in an hour and 20’minutes before close, lobby was closed, it took us forever to decide on a dinner after traveling all day, so this was it. The worker had put almost everything away. Everyone got stuff but me. Super bad experience cause we come here all the time. Oh and they refused to take a coupon.

Very disheartening that I had to go back and change my original 5 star rating down to a 1 after this past Sundays visit. Every Sunday I order the same pizza on the app. I get to the store and the associate states they’re out of pizzas and had no way to contact me, only to later realize my number was on the printed order. I ask kindly to refund me but she states the app is through a third party and I must dispute the charge with my bank? So therefore I go plan B, I ask for a six inch sub equivalent to the same price. She says she can’t do that either? She calls her store mgr, Tiffany who was extremely unprofessional on the phone from the start, Tiffany originally states I can have a 6 inch sub. I ask if I can have a footlong, of course willing to pay for the other half. She states I can’t do that? After trying to plead my case, still professionally, Tiffany tells her associate (btw this associate refused to give her name? Even though it started with her not wanting to give me a call from the start) that I now can’t have nothing? Perhaps they just got sick of it and decided not to do anything at all? I can’t be served and I can’t have my money? Two other customers were in the store who both watched this happened literally stated “I can’t believe they’re doing this to you.” I would understand if somebody was irate or rude perhaps but I was cool the entire time, I was in total disbelief. I wrote to corporate, still to this day, no refund or credit or anything from subway. Customer service isn’t easy, I do everyday. However, this was handled very poorly. Let’s be better for society.

The service whas bad they don't great you when you walk in on December 13, 2023... there is a black lady behind the register and I come up to here and ask here for the bathroom and she ask me if I'm going to buy something then she call the manager and tell the manager that I would not leave the store and she call ths police and the manager come fast and tell the police a lie and now I'm band from that store if anyone ask for the bathroom good luck with that and she try to spray me in the eye so go luck with asking for the bathroom the manager and the black lady should be fired from there for lying to the cops. I hope that subway gets shut down

It is always empty and they never have the products...they have the Uber system active and they cancel your order because they do not have the product they supposedly

The older lady has a disgusting attitude. Please pay her more money to see if she can fix her teeth so she can be happier and maybe treat her clients better.
