Very rude! The employees all had nasty attitudes I came around 10pm and the employee working stated she couldn’t take my order because of the shift change the machine wouldn’t allow her to process the order she also said I would have to wait 30 minutes for her to take my order I can tell this was a lie they tell customers to get them to leave cause who wants to wait 30 minutes I came online and saw other people said the same thing!

Both of the females working (one black with a handful of hair and the other black with “wicks” ) were sitting down having a nice chat. When I entered it was almost like I was interrupting a lunch date they rudely asked me “what u here for “ .. I looked around confused and said “a sub !…” . Now I want to emphasize I’m African American myself so I was trying to figure out how my presence bothered them to the point where they were rude the whole interaction ? Then when I asked what was wrong she cursed at me so I returned the same energy. HIRE PEOPLE WHI WANT TO WORK people work to hard for their money to deal with scum . Don’t go here , go anywhere else.

Even though a coupon will work when you show them on the app they don't accept it. Don't go here. Absolutely terrible and no reason for not accepting the valid coupon.

The food servers were not very nice or friendly or accommodating. There was only one exit for us to enter an exit from. Bathrooms were not wheelchair accessible and the woman's bathroom was the only bathroom working. The restaurant was very small. We had two wheelchairs with us and were barely able to get to a table. The handicap table was literally in front of the entrance door. But we made the best of our outing and tried to enjoy our lunch.Wheelchair accessibility: It's not a good place to visit for people using wheelchairs. Way to small.

Another gentleman and I are waiting in line when two employees standing there say they can’t serve us because they are off. And the next person for the next shift doesn’t come for 30 more minutes. But they are counting money, organizing merchandise stating “we’re just helping the manager”. So the client is not important. What a set of work ethics.

Considering it's 5:10am and I've been sitting in the parking lot since 4:45 waiting for my food because the guy said only online orders so I came inside to wait and still yet no one has made. So finally he came out at 5:12 which my order said it would be ready by 5:15 and I just asked to cancel it and he said he doesn't know how to and I would have to wait for a manager. Definitely shouldn't have someone working over night that can't perform enough to make one sandwich. Coming from someone who's in the service industry

I wonder how manager hired these employees. They don’t maintain hygiene . They took 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Not going again. Basic thing they are unable to roll the sandwich properly. I advise to others please avoid this store.

Besides the new kid the whole crew needs to be trained or replaced. No customer service skills no greeting no communication about food or options. Just attitudes and talking under their breathe. Even asked a question and the 1st time I was ignored the 2nd time was a shoulder shrug and basically like whatever. Need a office manager on duty to monitor their behavior lunch time is heavy traffic never know who might come in there. Terrible experience

Ordered through the app. Employee clearly didn’t follow instructions. Cookie display looked so dirty. The store was also dirty. No customer service whatsoever! Steer far away from this place!!!

I've been here 3 times. Each time, my order is WAY wrong. Their phone number is useless because no one ever answers. Meatball sub was cold and soggy. Bowl had no mozzarella and clearly, my honey mustard was not on the side, even though I asked very nicely. #sosad #subwayfail #AGAIN
