I ordered online at 8:30pm and the order was suppose to be ready by 9:15pm. 45 minutes later I come to pick up my order and it’s not ready. The employee there told me I had to wait in line behind 4 customer to receive my order. I ordered online 45 minutes ago so I wouldn’t have to wait and I was on a time crunch. I asked for a refund instead and was told no. I don’t know what the issue is at this subway but the employees severely lack time management and customer service skills. The employee spent more time arguing with me about the issue, rather than try to solve the problem. Save your time and money by going to the Walmart subway instead. You’ll get much better service.

My family and I came in with our girls to get a nice lunch after a family outing and we’re always kind and respectful. I tried saying hello to the employee when we walked in, when I say there was no mumble but complete silence. Then we proceed to the counter where the employee immediately gives you the feel that you’re bothering him/her by placing your order. At this point I’m thinking okay let’s just get in and get out some people are truly miserable and that has everything to do with them and not you. So as he/shes taking out the bread I ask for a regular 6 foot and two kids meals he/she states “we don’t have that” with attitude so I ask for 3 6 foot longs instead literally the first thing I ask for was mayonnaise for all sandwiches he walks away and never return lol, so we left but it was probably for the best then to get the poor service we’d already received. I’ve seen several reviews about this particular employee ranging back to 5 months ago how is he/she still employed representing subway in such a poor way is mind blowing.

Wait patiently for 22 minutes as the only employee was apparently making 5 sandwiches for an online order. She then asked what I wanted. I tell her the bread and then she starts taking containers to the back and brining some back..twice mind you and then got my bread. When I told her what I wanted..Cold Cut Combo..she is like..oh there is going to be a wait for that, I don't have that ready...as in the most available. How about instead of worrying about what containers needed to be refilled, you ask what I'm actually ordering and then you know what you need to replace. Ridiculous to have one employee working at 4:30pm on a Sunday afternoon.

Tried to charge me an extra $5 to cut a foot long in half. Apparently the owners watch the employees on a camera and if they cut a foot long in half and wrap each half separately they have to charge for two 6 inch sandwiches. I’ve been ordering my subway sandwiches in this “half now, half later” style for the last 20 years and all over the world, this is the first I’ve ever had someone try to charge me for it…especially an extra $5.

I love the manager that works here. She does an excellent job. Even though some people don't understand how she runs her store. And they think that she has an attitude she really doesnt. A lot of you people coming there with all these specific specifications for your sandwich and don't make it clear what you want. My advice for all of you who are complaining. know what you want when you order your food!!!

Makes up there own hours. Drove by today at 10pm and saw the open sign on and went to walk up with the cashier there. Door was locked and the hours say until 11pm on Saturday. Not good business and will not return.

The service was excellent. I was greeted by a young man who was friendly, smiling and eager to help. The food definitely matched the service. Bread was soft and fresh. The vegetables were fresh as well. A very tasty Veggie Delight.

Terrible experience. I don't know if it’s just the desperate need to hire people to work or what, but this was by far the rudest experience I’ve ever had at any Subway. The guy/“female” had the rudest upfront attitude for no reason towards us. Even having to turn around and grab the loaf of bread to start the order was such an inconvenient task. The eye rolls, the tone of voice, the snippiness, the slapping on the toppings aggressively, even giving attitude to the other worker…it was just all too much and unnecessary. I hope the owner realizes that this rude hire is representing Subway in an awful way.

Hello Subway owner of location 19410 n Bruce b down Tampa fl. I am writing to recount a concerning incident that unfolded today at 1 pm with the “manager” at your location—a situation that I found deeply unsettling. Upon my arrival, I couldn't help but notice an unusual response from the manager. As someone of Latino heritage, it was apparent that my appearance may have influenced his reaction, which seemed to be one of anger. When I began placing my order, he feigned difficulty in understanding my request, despite the fact that the customer next to me, who happened to be American, had no trouble at all comprehending. Regrettably, his behavior took a turn for the worse, manifesting in a display of rudeness and a distressing attitude.This experience left me feeling not only disrespected, but also threatened by the manager's actions. It was the first time in my life that I had encountered such overtly discriminatory behavior. It's with a heavy heart that I contemplate the necessity of submitting an official complaint. This type of conduct is simply not acceptable and has no place within your organization. I'm inclined to believe that my situation might not be an isolated incident. It's my hope that Subway takes this matter seriously and addresses it appropriately. I eagerly await Subway's response and perspective on this disheartening occurrence

The atmosphere was affected by one of the staff members, from what I can hear, went and did stuff outside of the store without management permission. Hearing the frustration from the management and then hear the employees walk in very loudly saying "consider this my 2 week notice" kinda made iy awkward. This of course affected the quality of food as they rightfully seemed rushed.
