The person making the sandwich wiped her nose with her hand (front and back)Put gloves on without washing her hands, then while reaching to get the bread, wiped her nose again with the gloves on, then refused to change gloves and get another piece of bread.This is my 2nd time coming to this Subway & the Lettuce looked old brownish and dry each time.The 1st time, I thought maybe new lettuce just hadn't been put out yet and blew it off.Very Rude as well.Poor customer service.

Order the new pretzel and footlong cookie she charged me 3.50 for 1 and 6.50 for the other when sign clearly says 5 and 3 I said that she brushed it off also didn't put the correct salt on the pretzel it was nasty with regular salt

Worst subway ever on check out I had my subway app ready so I could use it at the register so I could get my points and the no speaking English person said the scanner didn't work so now I don't get my points again and this has been twice they told me this I hope people don't eat at the location ever because u won't get no

I am a caregiver and took my client to buy a sandwich.The woman that worked there today,was very rude,not understanding English and taking out her frustrations on my client.She was raising her voice and refused to heat up her sandwich.My client has epilepsy and just had surgery on her throat and chest so she did talk slow but clear.I really hope after I spoke with her she will treat others better.I understand she might be the only one there,but to please be kind and not hateful.My client was not in anyway rude,she’s 26 and a mellow person.We were at subway between 11am-12pm.I didn’t get to order a sandwich due to having to speak to the csr about lashing out at my client and will not use that subway again.Thank you for reading this and I hope the lady has better days and maybe some help instead of being by herself which makes it hard on her.

I was charged $7.30 for a 6in turkey sandwich that is on the menu board for $5.49. When I questioned the employee, she said I know and there isn't anything I can do.

I went to get ice and that's what I found in the that I got from them!! Don't know what it is or where they came from, and when I told the manger she didn't have a care in the world and told me they don't have access to it and she'll let someone know which I know is a total lie!!

I ordered two sandwiches and they were made incorrectly. The younger lady offered to remake them for us but the older lady told her to just add to the sandwiches instead of remaking them. The younger lady was ever so sweet and did the best she could to correct the sandwiches but they were gonna come out messy regardless. The older lady was absolutely disrespectful just because they had to fix our sandwiches. If i see her here i will avoid this place at all cost. I came here on 07/05/2023 around 3PM.

The website allowed me to place order an for extra vegi patties for pickup order in which store ran out of vegi patties.So #1 issue was the website.#2 issue was the Manager, Joy was not even accommodating when I needed adjustment on one of my sandwich especially when they ran out of vegi patties.Manager did not want to make help me and only spoke abt Subway policies.It's only a sandwich...smh.

I will only give this a one star because I can not give it zero stars. First, I normally go to the subway on florida ave and they are super great. I decided to go to this subway only because I was shopping and was already there. I do understand the lady was working alone but there was only two people including me in line, if she just couldn't handle even two people so maybe the job isn't for her. I asked for two subs, one double meat, and a personal pizza. It seemed as if she was super mad that I had multiple items and gave me a stink eye look. Not to mention she had someone standing by the register not an employee talking a lot so it was hard for her to pay attention to what I was saying I wanted. A fly went next to her, she kept waving her arms all over the place to get the fly away while talking badly in Spanish. The veggies were yucky looking so I was not able to get much of the veggies I love. After I was checking out I had a coupon. It was supposed to be 2 whole subs for $12. I know how coupons work because I go to the Florida ave subway a lot. She was supposed to charge me the $12, a bit more for double meat, and the price of the pizza. She way over charged me and proceeded to be rude when I said domething to her about it. I've used the same coupon with the exact order at the fl ave store and have never paid what she charged me. I still gave her a tip because I'm a nice person but as I walked away I told her she should clean up and change the veggies and learn how to talk to people while she's at it. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN OVER ONE BAD EXPERIENCE. the manager needs to retrain employees and possibly fire the bad ones because from all the reviews they don't look good and a lot of people had bad experiences.

Missing protein and the bread was crustyer then my grandma's knees in the morning. Boy this bread was so hard that I damn near broke my tooth.

Ordered on line 3 sandwiches . Store called back and said they were out of steak to make the sandwiches. I informed them to cancel the order. I was charged for the sandwiches anyway. I contacted Subway Corporate of which they did not respond back. Went back to the Subway Store and they said there was nothing they can do about the refund. Terrible attitude.

Attempted to get a sandwich at 5 pm and was rudely told there was no bread. With no line in front of me. This isn't my first bad experience here. They are horrible and only open because of their location.

Terrible service. They never have steak, some breads or cheese. The last time I went over I had to wait over 20 min because tho only person that was there was filling the canisters and preparing things in the back. I don't recommend this store at all.
