While visiting recently to get my son and family dinner, after school, my small son wanted to see which meats and cheeses he wanted in his sandwich. There was a weird large metal thing with a handle covering the meats and cheeses. We asked if they could move it so gte could see the meats and cheeses. The young man looked over at the other employee and asked she very rudely replied, "No!". I asked her name and also took her picture. Since when are the toppings top secret?? I thought the point of the set up was for the customer to see their "fresh" ingredients to pick and see what they wanted on their sandwich.??? Why put a giant metal thing over it so nobody can see?? Why be hateful to a small child and not allow him to take a quick look? Overall a very poor experience!!!! I didn't order anything and I'll NEVER order from this location again! Very unpleasant and unprofessional!

Stood forever in line bc they only have one person working there doing EVERYTHING. Tables so close together you can hardly move.

This store is not worth going to if you actually want to eat, the one employee won’t make anything if he’s on break, on the phone, or talking to a Walmart employee. So I take my break which isn’t long enough to come here for something to eat but he’s on break, so can’t make anything. My break wasted no food, thanks subway, I lost a break or two and went hungry, you lost a customer for a while

Walked in to purchase food and the only employee was sitting at a table on his phone, and told us that he was on his break for 10 more minutes and then he would serve us.

Just tried to go here for lunch and was told that they had a truck to put away And wouldn't be able to assist the customers. I've worked in restaurants before and know for a fact that the food on the truck will not go bad in the 5 minutes it takes to make a subway sandwich. Should probably staff your location better when you know there is a truck coming that day especially during lunch time. And it's not a "someone cakes out" excuse because there is ALWAYS only one person working here.

My meal was good but my experience there wasn't. The lady who apparently is the manager was rude the whole time, with the clients and also the the employee who was helping her.

I had the privilege of being served by the Owner who blessed me with excellent service and to all guests that I observed. Food was super fresh and yummy. Went for breakfast as I had an appointment nearby. Had a great experience. I love seeing and experiencing great customer service.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! The other day there wasn't anyone there at 1000am the employee who was supposed to open never showed up and today 25 minutes in line to order while they tried to get stuff ready because apparently didn't have anything ready! Shut the place down completely just shut it down!!

Does subway not train their employees? Zero customer service. I’ve been here multiple times so it’s no fluke. Each time has been a different employee. I place my order online and simply pick up in store. They have to physically hand you the sandwiches whenever you arrive after they are prepared. In doing so, there’s No greeting. No “thank you for spending your money here thus keeping me employed” no “have a good day.” Just silence. Complete silence every single time. I’ll choose another restaurant (so many in this area like little Greek or Chinese place next door or Publix subs that actually are a good value)

It was awful. There was one person there. Supposedly the manager, perhaps new manager named Grace. She did the first customer ,great customer service with that one customer while I waited in line. Then when it was my turn, she took her sweet time to see me. Once I told her what I wanted , she also tries to fulfill two orders of two individuals that had just arrived while I am still waiting, something she didn't Do with the customer that was in front of me. I do not recommend this place until that manager gets removed. Been shopping at Walmart and always bought from this particular Subway since 2019. No issues before until now. Subway employees need to be trained on customer service.
