I could not pick no one better today to assist me with my matter then , Gabriel he was extraordinary! He was very professional , compassionate and understood exactly what I was looking for. We've had a good experience as members with Suncoast in general, but we've had issues trying to use the notary service at this branch on two separate occasions. The Suncoast website has a list of document types excluded from their notary service, but despite our documents not falling under that list and verifying this with the member care center over the phone, we were told at the branch that they could not notarize any legal court documents...even those outside of the exclusion list. Frustrating and a waste of time. Don't rely on the branches for notary, since there's no way of knowing ahead of time if they will notarize and the exclusion list is longer than it seems.

I was so impressed by the customer service I received from Luz Alvarez who greeted me as I entered the credit union. I had a question for her. She not only answered my question, but offered to do for me what I could have done online at home. She noticed I had walked in using a cane. She asked if I would be able to stand for a little bit while she helped me. She could have just referred me to another representative, or she could have said I should do it online. She did neither; she just went ahead and took care of what I needed herself right then & there. How refreshing it is to encounter someone who actually embodies customer service. And with a smile and positive, helpful attitude. Hats off to Luz and Suncoast Credit Union!

Pedro, the young man who checked us in was very helpful. He was able to get us the documents we needed quite expeditiously. The person from customer service that I called said the documents that my sister needed could be printed but one document was not. There was a ticket created on Friday and we explained the urgency of this but it was not ready. Not everyone can be a Pedro!

Very great experience here at this Suncoast as always. I am newer to Suncoast and needed a debit card ASAP and didn’t think I could get one because I had ordered one and was still waiting for it to arrive in the mail. Alberto went above and beyond to help me get a debit card that I could take home and use today. Thank you so much Alberto for helping me out! Very friendly,

Pedro caballero is a very good banker here within suncoast credit union. I went to ask for a loan and Pedro was able to do it hassle free and in very little time. The overall process took 30-40 mins with no stress! Ask for Pedro- also he’s bilingual!!
