I opened an account here and I have found it to be very difficult doing business with the credit union. I've been trying to add my wife to the account for almost 3 weeks and they don't have very up to date technology. Everything is done by U.S. Mail, where other institutions I deal with use Docusign.

I attend Galleria on a weekly basis and no matter how full they are they always provide me with a great member experience. All of the employees at this branch are always very caring and willing to help. Anytime I see them I see the employees constantly moving around to ensure they are providing excellent and speedy service. Honestly I don’t know how these employees can keep up with such a high volume.

Why the hours that are posted are not respected by associates at this branch? We came for service with an banker at 4:40pm, we were told that offices were already closed, only cashiers were working, and I needed to come by before 4pm. I understand that they probably are tired from their work day but how are we supposed to come here before 4pm when we work until that time? Closing hours should be respected.

I was attended by Adalia, It took 30 minutes to deposit 5 checks because she said the system wanted to put a hold on my checks and had to get a manager signature if I wanted my money immediately. I’ve deposited these same checks month after month and never had a problem. She clearly profiled me and assumed I was doing fraud. The experience was uncomfortable & awkward because she was clearly lying. She never came back with a signature from a manager but the manager approved my immediate deposit because he has seen me there plenty of times before.

POOR job Jesus Leo Hernandez, the manager . I specifically asked at the entrance I needed to open an account and I was told to wait in a line 8 plus deep for a teller. Wait was about 30 minutes. I asked if he was sure as I thought i needed to be in one of the rooms for that service . He said no I need to wait in the teller line, I went back 20 mins later to ask the same question and he said no go back to the teller line and wait they can help u…. After waiting 30 mins teller tells me no, u have to go to one of the rooms . And now the bank is closing so come back another day . I was there at 4 pm and I was basically told no one can help me wasted 1 hour there ! Stay awaySuncoast train your staff better. I will not be coming in.Don’t advertise good rates and then nothelp your customers… poor service , avoid this bank, u will WASTE YOUR TIME here and managers dont help

I would absolutely LOVE TO KNOW WHY TF suncoast credit union off Hillsboro never has the withdrawal option available. Close it down if I can’t do anything but go inside and wait forever in a long line to do what I could and should be doing at an atm!

I am seventy four. I am a hundred percent disabled Vietnam veteran. Never in my life have I dealt with people like this. I've been mailing money every month to cover my loan and my checking. I found out that they took both checks and put them towards my loan and nothing to my checking. I now have several late chargers against my checking. They refused to correct it even though they realized it was their mistake. My credit which has always been good, has now been destroyed by suncoast. Please do not bank with this organization.
