Terrible customer service. Tried to return a pair of costa sunglasses that I believe are faulty due to the thin plastic. I purchased the sunglasses 2 weeks ago and wore them for 3 days the glasses bent completely out of shape. They told me if I had the protection plan they would give me half off a new plan. Order from Amazon. They have a better return policy on faulty items.

Scam! Frauds! Steal your money! I had a giftcard that does not expire. I went to use it and they said it expired I needed to call the number on the back of the card to get a replacement. I went to the website. I submitted my information. I gave them way more information than they probably needed. Macy's claimed they conducted some sort of an investigation, then denied replacing (validating) my gift card. so they've effectively STOLEN my money. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!! Do not shop or get gift cards at this fraudulent store.

Justin Babcock was awesome. He was so patient with me when I was looking for the right pair of glasses. Great customer service and super friendly. If you are looking for a new pair of glasses make sure to stop by and speak with Justin you will not be disappointed. Thank you Justin. I will be back again to see you. I ordered a mattress in July, and scheduled delivery for end of August. I called on Monday to confirm the mattress delivery for Friday. I got confirmation the day before that the delivery will be on schedule. They canceled it at the last moment saying it wasn't in their warehouse yet. It's been rescheduled for 5 days later which is very inconvenient given that I don't have any mattress at all. Sectional was also ordered, but they sent a wrong piece so it can't be assembled. The piece is on back order so won't be in for another couple weeks. I was offered a small discount as a courtesy for the delay, but I still only have half of a sectional to use. Customer service reps have been nice, but that doesn't solve my problem if not having a mattress to sleep on. Do not recommend Macy's for mattress or furniture as they can't be relied on.

Forgot my big bottle at home. Small $80 bottle. Quick and easy at least. Service was basic, not so special. The store wasn't that busy, then again it is a Monday afternoon.

This Macy's location at WestShore Plaza in Tampa is a great place to go for all things quality clothing and home items. I really like the selection and layout of the store and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff here is very helpful and takes time to make sure that you have everything that you need.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MAKEUP STORE the older workers in there were circling me and my friends like we were about to steal something when we were clearly looking at foundations trying to find my shade and my friend had already bought something they were being rude and were clearly talking about us right in front of us I ended up not buying anything because I was so uncomfortable and pissed off.

I really used to like this Macy's but I have to give it a one star review due to several visits and how poor the customer service is here. The staff is rude and incompetent. Mens department and cologne perfume department is among the most rude and unprofessional staff you will find.. I will no longer visit this location.

I love this store, they have everything from (housewares, bedding, bathroom, kitchen, appliances, apparel for the whole family, jewelry, cosmetics, facial care etc....). I love using the app and picking up at curbside or having option to have delivered.

Terrible customer service. I was looking for pillows due to my chronic neck pain and several staff members walked right past without offering any help. Prices are hard to come by on many of their displays. The fellow who I finally got the attention or did not even look up at me. He told me to "use a price checker" and quickly went on his way. If jobs start getting eliminated/replaced in this country, it's not because of immigrants, it's because of employees letting electronics do their job for them.

Came to try and get fitted for a suit. I stood at the counter where the mens suites are located for 15 mins then decided to ask the customer service counter. The gentleman at the counter told me "Vern" would be available to help me, when I looked over to the counter and he glanced and saw no Vern he said "I just saw him not to long ago he should be back in a few mins". I walked back to the counter and waited another 10 mins before walking back to customer service. Mike was nice and informed me he doesn't know how to measure for a full suit but Vern does and he would give him a call. I heard the loudspeaker request Vern to my counter but after another 10 mins I left. Not sure if Vern is okay but sorry buddy, here's your gold STAR!

I came here after arriving to Tampa to search for sunglasses as I had left mine home. I went to Sunglass hut and I believe I was helped by Kathleen and she was so amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the glasses I wanted and was satisfied with the purchase. She also explained to me about the Polaroid and non Polaroid glasses that Sunglass hut carries as I was given false information before. Thank you Kathleen and for the great restaurant recommendation! No matter what city or state I'm in, I always find a Macy's. My husband came to find a casual outfit and of course I went shopping as well. I found 2 dresses on sale for 50% off which total was $75 for both. My husband selected a Tommy Hilfiger short set and a Polo shirt. They were 20 or 25 percent off, plus we had a coupon for $10 off the total price since we have a Macy's credit card and shop frequently. I think we did pretty good. :-)
