I'm switching, the bank is only open from 9 to 4 which is really convenient if you work. I showed up just after 4 PM they will open the door to tell you they are closed but offer no help

Not a lively place. The party who helped us is well informed but not very friendly. The bank is only available in the south east part of US. Altogether the service was average. Not the best experience.

Very helpful staff. Always get my problems solved in minutes. Never have I ever had to wait more than a minute to be attended. My favorite branch and it’s 2 minutes walk from my work that’s a cherry on top! ?

Me and my wife went in to this Suntrust to start a new banking relationship and we couldn’t be happier! All the representatives in there were very welcoming and friendly. The representative that helped us start our new banking relationship with suntrust was Kayyla Hamlet. She was the most amazing, professional, and courteous banker we have ever worked with ever! Because of her we will be life long suntrust customers!

If the Social Security Administration ran a bank, this is what we imagine it would be like. All other banks/credit unions we deal with know us by name and greet us as we come and go. At Sun Trust we're always strangers who seem to annoy the employees.
