Beware. They do not take responsibility and do not handle their mistakes in a professional manner. I paid $1,247 for new tires on a Dodge 2500 Diesel truck. They put car rated 4 ply tires but should have been a truck 10 ply tire. This is a safety hazard. As like most of us not in the tire industry, I am not an expert on tires thus relied on the shop to install the proper tires. This mistake was found out approx 7 months later when my truck was taken elsewhere for repair. On my trip to Virginia, the truck developed a death wobble. I left the truck in Virginia. It was too unsafe to drive. That shop informed me the tires were not rated for my truck and should not have been installed in the first place due to the safety concerns. This was confirmed by two other tire shops. When I spoke with Dave and although the tires they installed are not rated for the truck, he told me the manufacturer would not warranty them so there is nothing he will do. Just to recap, he installed the incorrectly rated tires for my truck which pose a serious safety issue. He would do nothing to resolve the issue and only made excuses. I am sure you will see if he responds to this review.

super helpful, fast and friendly service! i called yesterday about some tires, and they were able to get them in by today and have all four of my tires changed in less than 45 minutes. took a couple business cards with me to spread the good word, i’ll definitely be coming back!

PJ was great, knows his job well & got the work done promptly & the other two attendants were friendly. I was lucky to arrive just when they had an opening. Cost to change & balance two tires beats others considerably?
