Why blast Spanish mariachi music? Seems a little unprofessional and selfish of the stylist. Who goes into any establishment thinking this is what the majority of their customers want to hear… then the phone rings and the stylist stops the haircut and takes a personal call on the store phone. My husband asked for the haircut to be shorter and the stylist said “ when it’s dry it will look shorter”.

I've been going to Supercuts for years! I always go to the Dale Mabry/Kennedy Blvd location because of my stylist Linda! She's the best! Linda is very thoughtful and does an awesome job doing my color & cutting my hair ?
This location definitely needs a face-lift! They should remodel the salon
It's in a great location so fixing the water fountain, redoing the floors. painting etc would really make a difference!
Stylist: Linda again is awesome! She listens how you want your hair cut & color. She's very patient and kind. I would recommend her because she a fantastic stylist. Linda will not disappoint ?

Giving 1 ⭐️ only because the man that cut my hair, has ZERO knowledge of what a haircut is. If there is a man at this location when you visit this location, DO NOT let him touch your hair. I only needed to trim ends and cut bangs. How hard is this for a stylist? BE AWARE!
I contacted Supercuts after the service survey you get after appointment and no one has gotten in touch with me.
