It was my first experience with this Supercuts location, and I was very satisfied with the service, the hairstylist Luisa did a great job with my haircut, exactly the way I wanted. I’ll always go to this store from now on.

This was our first time going to a Supercuts. The ladies there were super nice and treated them well. My kids always want me to cut their hair because they don't like going anywhere. I would rather someone else do it but don't want to break the bank either considering my daughter has long hair and only wants a trim and my son has long curly hair and also just wants a trim. The price was good. We were in and out which was nice. Will be going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment for my child. Walked in and the stylist is shaking her head ( so rude), she then says in Spanish how many kids I have and she can’t help us ( talking to the other stylist). Clearly she didn’t think I could understand Spanish.
They are ALWAYS so far behind on clients! Two people were waiting! Why even have appointments if you run so far behind!!! Management really needs to change the whole system of this location and hire more stylists.

It is inadmissible to ask the client what number he wants to be cut.( how does the customer know what the number mean if you don’t explain). Saturday morning there were two ladies, one is Barbara and the other didn’t have a name sign. The one without name started cutting my hair without explaining what is number one hair cut. She spoke something I didn’t understand ( I do not Understand Spanish) and she was very loud and rude. I paid and I do not recommend this place to anyone. My husband was the client and I was with him in the salon. Here is the receipt where you don’t know what you have to pay. I paid $19.95. Don’t know what really charged.Service: Haircut
