I still don’t like the fact that I have to call in for an appointment. I’ve been going there for years and I was able to make my appointments online before the new owners came in. Horrible haircut. Stylists don't listen when told not to do something to my hair. I specifically requested Lydia not to touch the top or front. She cut it anyway. Then she proceeded to trim my beard (when I asked her not to) at uneven lengths. I am extremely upset at their failure to follow simple directions. Now I'm trying to salvage what's left of my beard and deal with a haircut I didn't request.
