I've been here almost a year and this place has major issues. I've been trying to just bypass writing a review about the negatives since I moved in.However with recent events, I'm a little more than irritated with the staff and Management. This place has had major plumbing issues since day one. With insufficient notice we were told that we'd be having ransom strangers let into our units for 5 days to complete the project. I had vacation planned with my family 3/13-3/18 three months ago.With the project taking place i have had no peace of mind. The start of my vacation was terrible as the plans I made with my family had to be changed as they were driving in from out of town, but could not do so, due to this mess of a project. I am even more irritated as I've returned and I can't relax at all. The cleaners did not sweep/clean as I was told. My toilet in the master was used by the plumbers and had urine on the seats. My showers are left with plungers and other tools. My floors are muddy/sandy and dirty hand prints are left on the walls. Each day my door is left open for hours as they are working and pests/bugs are getting in.I had major concerns with this before it even began and this is exactly why, but was told by the manager I was being difficult and was the only resident with an issue. Now, once again have to make my family travel home inconveniently due to the condition of my apartment. I am not happy! I have pictures and camera footage. There is so much more to this...Follow up to this messYesterday is when my apartment was completely finished. I was told the project would have been done by 3/19. I called on the 22nd and had to tell them my apartment wasn't finished.

fri i had a schedule 9am pest control never showed an was told at least half dozen times from office personnel they will be here ridiculous i felt they were not honest giving me the runaround mgt has been great with addition of Angela so i was quite surprised i was wating all day because i wanted to be there for any maintence

Customer service it have been nothing else besides awful. Apartments are beautiful but they should worry more about their residents once they start leaving in there. Besides Dionedy , manager and especially Gloria and the short hair one that her mom works in the company they do not worry at all about their residents .

I wanna start by saying NONSMOKERS have the right to breathe clean air, free from harmful and irritating tobacco smoke. For the past 3 months we have smoke coming into our apartment. We are not smokers and we talked to management about our issue and they informed us to call the Cops because it is against policy. We went in again with the same issue of our neighbors smoking outside and the assistant manager was extremely rude. He told us it’s not an issue to have smoke coming into our apartment. We pay too much to be living with smoke coming into our apartment. It’s a shared balcony and we can’t even sit outside without them blowing smoke in our face. As a delivery driver this is risking my job and my health. The only solution the “assistant manager” gave us was to move and pay $500. This is so disappointing!

I’ve lived here for a while, I’ve had a lot of issues with maintenance. Most recent one being my water heater has not been working the past 3 days.On Saturday it stopped working, I put in a ticket. Sunday someone comes out to fix it, but it only works for half a day. It breaks again Monday night, I call Tuesday morning. I never heard anything back from the call on Tuesday, and it still isn’t working. Had to call again today, hopefully it gets fixed today not sure how many more cold showers I can handle lol.I wouldn’t mind these maintenance issues, but these apartments are so damn expensive. If you are charging me “luxury” prices I expect luxury maintenance.

Maintenance has always come to fix any issues we had within 24 hrs! Specifically, Osmany has been a huge help! Our AC broke down and he came to fix it within the hour during a holiday (Labor Day). Osmany also came to fix the bathroom fan and door lock and we was super quick. I really appreciate him; he’s very kind, helpful, a hard-worker, and very fast!

My experience with maintenance here was incredible, my A/C had a strong burning smell and the technician Sandor answered my call and fixed it very quickly, I thought my Air Conditioning would not work again. Thank you so much

The maintenance man named Mr. Silva was excellent when working in our Unit. He took his time and explained every detail. He also made sure to fix and repair everything that was necessary for the bathroom to be up and running again. He even went the extra mile to make sure the paint in the bathroom that he patched up matched the rest of the walls. He was amazing and cleaned up after himself very well we really appreciate all the hard work that he did. Thank you so much Mr. Silva!

I just moved in and it’s very nice and it’s good for what you pay for. As well as the leasing agent in the office are very helpful and understanding. Jordan is my leasing agent and he does very well. I recommend going to him if looking for an apartment.

I like living here. It's quiet and there are lots of walking trails for my dog. The maintenance are very kind, but I have a problem with my combo washer/dryer that they haven't been able to fix. But they respond quickly! Minimal pests here, I rarely ever see them. Two issues: office staff made my move in experience a whole nightmare (if you get Dio as your leasing agent, ask for someone else), and it's too expensive ($1500 for a 1/1 is excessive. I get that it's market price, but be so for real). But that's it.Thank you to Osmany & Sandor of the maintenance team for fixing some stuff around my place :)

The maintenance staff are friendly here and always willing to assist. BIG Shoutout to Alan for helping me when i transfer to another unit ,and for is his quick response to request. Alan is kind professional and a hard worker ... Thank you again Alan .

My experience in the apartments has been the best. The Maintenance colleagues have very good attention to the residents, referring to Osmany, very good work, he always solves problems in the best way and very quickly.
