John F., in customer service seriously need training. The worst experience ever. He lacks customer service! Rude, ignorance and downright pathetic. Why would you hire someone like him? You are ruining your brand!

I called the store to find out if they had a phone for a customer. First and foremost the phone ring continuously over I would say 10 times until someone finally picked up. When the person picked up she simply said hello, did not announce if this was the store I honestly thought I had the wrong number. I then told her I needed to find out if they had a particular phone in stock for a customer she said hold on granted this is all with an attitude they put the person on the phone he was like hold on I'll be back I waited for over 11 minutes on the phone with the customer before I hung up. And called back again and was placed on another perpetual hold. The store is very unprofessional and lacks couth.

Was told I could not open a prepaid account at this location because it's a franchise by Marvin. Went to another location owned by the same franchisee and was able to open a prepaid account with no issue.

Went in this morning and received awesome help from J and another associate ! Very knowledgeable about what I needed to do with my plan and I was able to receive a new phone .

Actually went there to have them fixed a virus that my phone caught. The young man was working there I had no problem fixing it with ease. He saw my screen saver and gave me a hat that they give to customers who have served in the military. I have always had a great experience at the T-Mobile store.

My personal experience: The place was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the wait wasn't annoyingly long considering existing amount of customers, I was promply helped and my issue resolved in short order. Thanks T-Mobile

So we went to get a new phone for my younger brother and the associate told us they offered a deal where we can have 2 free phones as long as we opened a new line. We asked multiple times to make sure we would not get charge for this phone that this would be free. The agent said yes you will not get charged. We did it and come to find out during the billing cycle were getting charged for the phone. The phone is worth $1,000 dollars. We went back to the store and asked why we were getting charged for the phone. Another agent apologized and said the original agent who worked with us the first time did it wrong and the phone we got wasn't apart of the deal. We tried to get it sorted out but they sent us to multiple locations and had us call customer service in front of them and the best they could do was offer 400 dollar credit. That still leaves us with a 600 dollar bill. We should have not have to pay the 600 dollars when the agent agreed that we would not get charged for the phone. This is completely unacceptable.

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for a while now I previously had Verizon but I wanted to check out T-Mobile since my Verizon bill was so high but Moises the t mobile employee he was so extremely helpful. He went over all of my options, and he gave me an estimate for how much I would pay with T-Mobile I’ve now been a t mobile customer for over a year and will continue to come back to Moises for anything I may need in the future Thank you Moises!!!!
