Hate to go to this store, avoid it, they do not care about the customer and they don’t care about the services. Spend more than 3 hours and it was a waste of time. And after my complaint they told me “you always have the option to change to another company”. You know what? . I’m going to do it. I’m done with T-Mobile, I’m taking my corporate account to another company. Bye

Legitimately had a great experience here. We popped in on a Monday afternoon to review our bill and purchase new phones for my wife and I. Kevin helped us out and was fantastic! It was a surprisingly painless experience and between reviewing our bill, purchasing new phones and getting our old phones copied to the new ones, it only took about an hour - hour and a half.

It’s always something with the service here. First I came to get a phone and was ignored then they deny me the screen protector replacement from the insurance I paid for. Its just always something new. Gotta stop coming to this one

Horrible customer service. Dude that was helping me didn't seem to know anything and also didn't seem to want to be there. I just left without getting assistance because I was over how d*** he was acting - headed over to another T MOBILE and they hooked me up! Skip this spot.

My family and I were visiting Orlando, my daughters phone stopped working and she wad in a panic. We blew thru the door 3 min before they closed and John was right on the money with how to fix the issue. He quickly fixed it, handed it back to my daughter and we all shared a good laugh on the "issue". My daughter acted as if John had handed her a million dollars when her phone screen was lit up as he handed it back to her. Thank you John, for being so nice and helping us out that evening so close to closing! You are an asset to that store front!!!!

Worst tmobile store. Traded a device in store, but the store never shipped the trade in to the warehouse. Employees were completely uncooperative and deceptive during the investigation. Refused to return calls or allow me to speak to a manager for two weeks. Store was rude and uncooperative with tmobile support during a 3way call. They did not follow normal protocols and advised they "bulk ship" trade ins instead of using individual tracking codes provided. I do not recommend this store to anyone!

Not only taken advantage of by a snake oil salesman by the name of Oscar T. He up sold everything and I was stupidly trusting. When he went to sell me insurance on the phone, I agreed but told him I heard Apple Insurance was good too. He stopped and asserted that the Apple plan was EXACTLY the same and the cost was same as theirs, $18.00. Bold faced lie! I trusted him and purchased it only to find out Apple was $13 and $100 less than T-Mobile deductible. I never asked him about cost, so it wasn't that he "made a mistake" or can claim he didn't know. He volunteered this info. Also, this shady kid called me "Hon" throughout the entire process. I am 54 yrs old and a grandmother. Total disrespect, patronizing and deceptive. EJ, manager apologized and fixed some of the issues when I returned the next day. If you go to this store, just stay away from Oscar

We walked into the T-Mobile store inside International Mall curious about promotions and eager to maybe switch phones.The place was pretty busy but running smoothly and it didn’t take very long until we were helped by Jacob and EJ.They were amicable and very accessible to our never-ending questions and doubts, which they helped dissipate greatly.Jacob was a breath of fresh air. EJ is one of the managers there and it definitely showed in the professional and warm approach we received from him. He was very helpful and thorough with us while also assisting Jacob throughout the transaction. Definitely 5 star customer service that made a difference.

I want to start by saying, Errison the current store manager at the international mall needs an immediate pay raise.... He is one of the best in the business when compared to global standards just not in the USA, to have established an emotional connect with customers like me and going above and beyond to ensure customers are his top priority and sticks to his words and means business in what he has to offer.Truly speaking all the 4 of us who went into the store including my friend are a proud T mobile customers ONLY because of the way Errison presented himself and making us feel that the human connect is beyond business!!!From the bottom of my heart,Thank You Errison for creating an unforgettable experience and our best wishes to see you reach greater heights in your career!!You simply have the caliber to make it big with immense support from your customers I'm sure!!!Brand T mobile goes one notch up, thanks to the international mall store manager Errison!!!
