I've been to this T- mobile twice in the past ten days. Both times, I've encountered T-Mobile team members who were avoidant or ambivalent to helping me or facilitate resolving my issue [warranty exchange for a Z-Fold].No critical thinking skills nor basic customer service skills. Education is paramount...Everyone, except for Jorge, who worked Thursday night on 11/16/2023, are useless.[Jorge seemed new; looked like he was training/shadowing the taller guy].LITERALLY, bare minimum effort you can possibly get from employees. Don't know their names because they did not have name tags. Never had an issue with TMobile, at any location anywhere, for 12 yrs, until I encountered these unhelpful zombies. Wasted 1.5 hrs there, and accomplished nothing with these buffoons.P.S:You have not authority over property, you're not paying for. If you're not paying for it, or have paid for it, then you don't get to make the rules on how the purchaser can acess and use their property.That is my device that I paid for, and who are you to tell me what I can and cannot do with something YOU DIDNT PAY FOR, NOR HAVE AN INTEREST/STAKE IN?Don't forget, you're an intermediary/middleman. I made arrangements to exchange my Z-Fold phone, using this TMobile location as a hub/recipient for shipping. I Always had my replacement phone shipped to my residence, and I transferred the contents on the old phone to the new myself for 10yrs++. This is the first time TMobile shipped a replacement phone to a store, and the first time my property was held hostaged by an overly zealous employee, exerting their artificial authority over something that doesnt belong to them nor fall under their jurisdiction [control]. . .Absolutely Absurdity!! DON'T waste your time and money with this companyI used to be a member of Sprint since 2013 , but when T mobile took over sprint this is a big mess and scam I used to have an Ipad pro 64GB and then got an upgrade to a Ipad pro 256GB (which I pay for) after 2 years of having the device an incident occur with it , paying the insurance I can make a claim with assurant and pay my deductible now they are sending me the wrong/old device (64GB) because this is the device tmobile got on their end with the old IMEI number of the ipad something that the insurance company and me don't understand because we got the correct information of the device including the IMEI number.Now Tmobile agents and "supervisors" are telling me that theres nothing that they can do to help me that I just have to accept the old device and that's it.They're stealing in our faces without caring.After this is stupid to someone keep letting this rats take their money.RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS.......

Yesterday, i went to the n florida and waters store and my experience was amazing. The staff was on point, they were taking care of many customers at a time, super efficient. I loved it. Jardiel was amazing helping me set up my plan and phone.I recommend this store

HORRIBLE customer service. NO multitasking whatsoever! They'll have you standing there 30 + mins just to pay your phone bill! The machine would be convenient. UNLESS you speak SPANISH your time means NOTHING. I will not be returning although it's close to home ! Fire Them ALL !

Today I dealt with Carlos Mata, I'm on a plan with my daughter. There were some adjustments on her bill that needed to be fixed which customer service did that. But I had to go in person with my receipt to have other adjustments done. Carlos explained my daughter's bill and the adjustments that were made. He was very Pleasant to speak with very knowledgeable when it came to his job.And great customer service which you don't see that very often these days. Thank you so much Carlos

I had a problem with this store for a mistake the store employee and customer service made and they did nothing to help me out except make me wait 3 weeks to finally get an answer. The answer was they couldn’t do anything for me and the $400 extra fee was up to me to pay! 2 managers Alex and Felipe told me, because of their mistake, I would have to cover the $400 error their employee and service rep made. Luckily notes we’re very well taken by the first service rep I talked to, thank goodness, and a quick call to the reclamation department and they figured everything out and the issue was resolved in 3 days. Thank you Tye from the acclamation department for doing such a great job in acting quickly and with the customer in mind!They definitely need some help in the customer service department. Also the district manager for this store should have known better! The managers at this store should have know better! The person that helped me out the most was a manager from the North Palm Beach store Brandon! Brandon thank you for your help and direction with this issue! Without your patience and knowledge I would have never been able to get this sorted!

Hey T- Mobile! How many bad reviews does this clown need before you do something?I had to go to this store because they were the only ones around that had the Samsung 22+ after Christmas. (Now I understand why) I didn't get the guys name, but he is a large black dude. He seemed pretty uninterested in selling me a phone, but he struggled into the back and came out with a phone and a tablet of some sort. Then he started pulling chargers and phone cases off of the wall. I said if that was for me, I didn't need it. He said he didn't sell phones without accessories. Hmmmm. Im pretty sure a retail associate doesn't set sales protocol. He tried to give me a "free" tablet that I had to pay for. Upselling is one thing, trying to bully people or deceive them into a sale is another. I will never go to this location again. Just for fun, look back at reviews that have stories of negative interactions and see if you find anything similar about the people posting. Happy New Year!

Today I upgraded my Iphone 7 to a Iphone 13.J was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to makesure I received the best deal. The customer service experience was great and I could tell the employees enjoy their job.

We made a visit to this store originally only price shopping, Ian one of the staff took care of us with no hesitation. Ian was knowledgeable and gave suggestions that were beneficial to us as a family, not trying to get one up on us. It’s nice to see that there are honest and pleasant staff still, great customer service!
