What can I say about Stephanie besides her excellent customer service, knowledge, patience and excellent customer service, I arrived and she was helping a older gentleman and the way she was with him really impressed me, then it was my turn to be helped, i had a serious issue with my business phone it wold not stay on for more than 2 minutes at a time, i was about to loose all my business customers , emails, estimates etc, she made sure transfer all my stuff to new phone even though she had to keep restarting my phone every two minutes, giving up was not a option for her, never made me feel rushed or like she didnt want to help , she tried, kept trying and finally did it !!! Thank you Stephanie keep up the good work and great customer service, thank you for all you did for me and thank you for making me feel as a valued T-Mobile customer....

Milena was amazing..The very first time I have gone to any cell provider without being interested in upgrade or purchase and someone was actually interested in helping me.Sje is a very sincere and authentic young lady.Very knowledgeable andade me feel so comfortable.Explained everything and put my mind at ease.Dhe should be on charge of customer service training,giving a big promotion and compensated for it in a big way! I was dreading coming in but this young lady is just perfect at her job and so willing to help!Thank u Milena!

I wanted to hop on this to say and recommend… Kassandra T. (10/10)Kassandra T. Is one of the best skilled and most professional mobile experts in this company. My experience with Kassandra was beyond informative, transparent, and genuine. There needs to be more people like her around the customer service industry. She will make you feel a sense of belonging while you are being assisted as well as executing the job at hand in a very timely manner without leaving you with questions unanswered. I want to thank her personal for everything she worked on today because it was complex but she was more than capable in resolving all my issues. This isn’t enough to say for the amount of work, time, and energy she put into today and I hope you (Kassandra) get the recognition you deserve because you have definitely earned it! Keep up the hard work and your amazing personality, I know it will take you far! Thank you!

Do not waste your time waiting to do any business at this store. Worst customer service we received today. First of all nobody speaks good English so if you don’t know Spanish you will have difficulty having a conversation. after waiting for about 20 minutes, this guy came up to us, wouldn’t let me finish my sentences and kept interrupting us. We asked for the new iPhone and he said he doesn’t have anything at the store and we will have to order. (He said only one color at the store is available). Then left and never came back!!! So we were waiting again! And my mom was deciding to get a Samsung instead. A lady looked at us waiting and after I said the guy never came back she said “ask me” with a very low voice, not welcoming at all and I think she was high or very sleepy. Then she got surprised that the other guy told us about ordering the phone because they did indeed have all the colors available at the store!! The way she was interacting with us made us feel a bit in a rush so my mom decided on a model and color in 30 seconds and she went to bring it from the back. She never asked us about the storage and we forgot too but as a person whose job is selling phones every day you should know to ask this!! She brought the phone and opened it quickly and started transferring my mom’s information. Then she went to get another customer because the transfer was taking long. She said we can go and let the transfer finish at home. We left the store and realized the storage isn’t what we were looking for, we came back and when we asked her she said you didn’t ask for the storage and now the box is open, if you want a different storage you have to pay $75. And at this point we were too tired so we just left. Overall, the way she and the guy talked to us, the selling procedure and the customer service was horrible.

Horrible store. Sent my mom there because it is close to her. I was hoping they had changed. They have not. Blaring music people that don’t speak English well. Some girl told my mom she couldn’t see her Apple ID. If you’re an employee of T-Mobile and don’t know how to click on settings the name and iCloud why are you working there? My mom is 74 and was very upset by the time she left. She’s driving to another store. This isn’t the first time with the store. Like I said I was hoping they had changed but clearly not. Additionally they do not pick up the phone there. I advise against going to the store. If you’re not buying something right then and there which actually I wanted her to get a screen protector they’re not helping you

I was updating my father in laws phone and I needed to transfer all the information from his old phone to the new one. Edwin was professional, knowledgable and friendly. Thank you for a positive experience. We will definitely be going to the T-Mobile on Waters again.

Don’t got this store they are scam artist. Customer service rep lied told me he added my employee discount but didn’t really add it. Lucky I checked my account online. I had to call customer service to get the line cancel and go up to the store to get a refund.

Came in here today with my mother because her phone has been giving her a hard time with the battery heating up and dying within hours and ROBEET ROSADO was extreme kind, understanding and helpful. He gave us several options and even went out of his way to get us set up even if it meant we wouldn’t upgrade on the spot which is what most agents will do. Def looking forward to working with him in the future.
