Worst store!... find another store if you want to be treated with respect. AMER is so rude, didnt even greet me as i came in, then another costumer comes in and helps him.. CRYSTAL, worst person there. Very rude and disrespectful. I had to leave due to her nasty attitude. I will never go back there again.

I gave them 1star because the lights were on and the door was open. That’s it! This store is the worst customer service!! I only wanted a charger cord but I would have a very long wait to purchase it. The guy at the front door took my name and told me to find the charger cord on the wall. I would have been a1 minute sale but I probably would have had to wait an hour or more to purchase. Absolutely awful customer service. Do Not waste your time here. Go anywhere else.

If I could leave less than one star I would!! Terrible salespeople, not to mention the manager! They try to get as much out of you as they can and people are not stupid. They make you wait a long time and the manager signed me up and without doing anything he couldn't help me until an employee was free, please! Seriously, this company is not what it was a few years ago!!

I'll just say T-Mobile customer service isn't what it use to be when they won JD Powers honors back to back.When a representative is assisting you in person with a my phone in their hands, at no point should they pick up their personal phone and texting, how do I know you didn't send my information to your phone and than you walk in the back behind closed doors. When you come back than you say I'm going to show you how to erase everything before you take the phone and do a warranty exchange. Is this apart of the fraud department T-Mobile?

As soon as I walked in to T-Mobile. I was greeting and they were very professional, they helped me. And assist me with my Phone And I paid my bill and I was only in there no more than 10 minutes and they did have customers already in there.
