Jim is the man! Ordered a stadium series jersey online which got hung up somehow, but was actually able to work with him since I was in town to get an additional option offered as a gift for my wife, which she loved! Even got my shipping fee refunded. Quality is excellent would definitely recommend anyone.

Visited the arena from New York, the store and arena staff are great and I got some cool Bolts gear at the store. Hopefully I'll be back soon!

I ordered a highly sought after item (sold out almost everywhere else) on Sunday night and it was shipped and arrived to me in a different state by Thursday afternoon! Great selection and great shipping and speed of getting the product out!
