“This store is absolutely PERFECT for gift giving and keepsake items for your children. It’s like walking into a fairytale. All the items were sourced with intention, allowing you to build upon in years to come or buy as a one off item that is still meaningful on its own. These are quality items for a fair and reasonable price. Kate was the most helpful too. She loves her store and is so passionate. I will be back for all my gift giving!”

“The staff at my tobbies has been extremely helpful to me the last few weeks. I am in the middle of a good 'ol fashion grudge match with a buddy of mine. Now, I'm not the most patient, nor am I the most proficient guy, as I only got into the hobby because of said buddy. When I was explained to the guys why I was there, and what I needed to do(speedy gonzalez) the boys got to work. Beau has been amazing, both with his knowledge and rc skill. I started with one car, and quickly jumped in with both feet, as I tend to do when I'm enjoying myself. To the staff, thanks boys. I feel valued and heard, and these guys had no problem understanding my need for speed. Love the store as well. 1 sleeper car speed build quickly turned into a present gone monstrously right in my slo to lightning dr10, then we went after my buddies super slash by transforming my own. The boys haven't worked on or sen the sleeper yet, but provided the parts and recommendations for me to crush my rival. I'm one happy camper.”
“The book selection is mostly excellent, despite carrying some Christian nationalist propaganda. I love the children's book section.
Its a mix of actual deals and good junk that feels like a deal. Just like anywhere else caveat emptor, but its always fun shopping here.”

“I love this store, but I think they really need to make a change regarding the staff. The woman who works at the checkout counter—aside from having a terrible attitude—shows favoritism toward certain customers. She sets aside merchandise, labeling it as damaged, and then sells it off to her friends—the very same people for whom she bundles multiple items into a single box so they can pay the price of just one. If I were the owner, I wouldn't have her working there at all.”
“I feel like the store was not done there was a section in the back blocked offf likr constructionwas still happening. Also they had no kids tees or pajamas bottoms mostly for girls. Other than that it was great got some small stocking suffers”
“First, it should be said that this isn’t a regular Build A Bear store, it’s a kiosk type shop out in the open walkway, so it’s significantly smaller and not exactly the same experience. We came here to get my 2 year old a $2 birthday treat bear on his birthday - it was his first ever BaB experience, so he didn’t know the difference. I was a little disappointed it wasn’t a full store, as it’s really not made clear on Google nor the mall/BaB websites. It was a really good experience regardless, because of the A1 customer service. The young lady & gentleman working there greeted us warmly right away. I didn’t catch either of their names, but they were both fantastic, patient, & so sweet on our 11/17/25 evening visit. The young man who helped with our bear was great. Luckily the mall wasn’t very busy, because my toddler was a little hesitant about the stuffing process with the pedal, but the young man helping us was super patient with him while going through all the steps. My son was so proud of himself - he loves his bear.”

“Alex, the owner, is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! My family and I walked by the store and some EPIC 1/4th scale Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles models and a stunning Freddy Krueger model from Nightmare on Elm Street 3 were on display. 1 of the turtles was missing from the set but he guaranteed he could get it for me by the next day. We went back and he had everything ready for me and the transaction ready to go. What an AWESOME way to do business and make customers happy!! We will absolutely be back.”

“Had a pretty decent selection for such a small store. The service was definitely better than at most minisos. Grabbed a Miffy plushie and a teletubbies blind box which I’ve been looking for. A perfect miniso for Sanrio lovers, particularly those who love Hello Kitty, My Melody and Kuromi. Wish that they sold less boxes where you could get characters like the little stars and pompourine, but that’s less of a miniso thing and more of an issue of the blind box manufacturers.”
