Buyer Beware…. I just purchased this furniture & it was delivered YESTERDAY. I went in because Jordan who operates their IG account advertised a 15%off discount if you come in from Social Media. HE LIED!! All prices were As is and used that to lure customers, upon learning that and their delivery fee of almost $400 I was ready to go. Jordan wanted the $$$ so he went to someone who offered me the Sofa set I went with. They IMMEDIATELY started wrapping it so I didn’t have a chance to fully inspect it until it was delivered. They sold me used, TORN furniture that I paid over $1300 for.When You Recline all You see is wear and tear. I could’ve went somewhere else and got better furniture for less. Disappointed & Disgusted. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

My mom, sisters,& I had an amazing experience here! The quality of the furniture is good and the prices are even better! They offer bundles deals even for an entire home! Sheri was a huge help and offered exceptional customer service! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.! Ask for Sheri she has some great insight!

Bought a sectional a dining table set and 2 mattresses from here. The sectional sofa was great and so was the dining table but the chairs that came with the dining table were really bad quality also One of the mattresses would not fully blow out even after letting it sit for 72 hours it remained flat. I reached out and no help or anything. Not even a response and you guys can look in your system and realize that I am an actual buyer here!

This is a be continue from first review. First review I gave an 4 based on service in store wanted to wait to see how delivery was. But Ehab beg for me 2 do it than.Ok I luv my bed no complaints.The Sectional is cute but sheds way to much cheap cheap.The Ehab the guy who helped me did say he can't be rated for delivery because once it's sold and on delivery truck it's now out of his hand. Which I didn't like the way it sound.So, my items was prepared for shipping in 7 weeks. On the day I move into my place. First delivery was late, the delivery guys slid furniture hard across floorbot concerned if there dirtying the furniture .Then I realized theybrought the wrong side of the sectional. NOT THEIR FAULT.So I made the call to the store and the guy who helped me Ehab said if u want to change it to the correct side you'll have to pay $99 for second delivery.I mean not care in the world. Since that was his attitudei said take the furnitureand resnd the correct. Niw deliveryguys are uoset. Trying to convinceme to keep and other things..To be honest I would have kept it but Rehab was very rude and didn't offer any solutuon or compensation but you will have to pay $100.I'll pay to get what I ordered.Now, I have to wait for new delivery a whole week later. They came early. This furniture was new but u can tell it was somewhere sitting as it had dirt particles thoughout sectional on different pieces and some fade to it.At this point I'm just don't.A week layer I called to ask about a credit as they didn't say anything yo me as they would keep.I also reached out to ask how many pillows came on sectional no response, as i feel they shorted me. Also ask about missing chair I never recieved.Watch your receipt they added up my items and changed me more.Just stay away once they get your money they don't care.

I need to give the BIGGEST shout out to KAREEM!!! I am moving from out of state and he accommodated me from start to finish and went above and beyond!!!!! He communicated with me throughly, answered all my questions, assured me with any decision I made, and provided top tier customer service!!! I was buying everything virtually and couldn’t go in store to pick out the items I wanted but he advised his best judgement to make sure I was satisfied! I was uncertain about purchasing anything online but after a few conversations with him I KNEW I made the right choice. I will absolutely be coming back in the future and will only request to deal with him!! My experience was awesome and I’m very pleased and confident with the decision to choosing Tampa Furniture Outlet. This store has soooo many options with brand name and high quality items.
