Almost every time I have to refill a prescription at TGH pharmacy there is an issue. they say the prescriptions ready and it’s not. I’ll request a refill and days will go by without them filling it. It takes you calling them and asking about it to refill it. I submitted a refill request on Wednesday, it’s now Monday and the fill is still in progress. Ive been told im not able to refill a medication to later iithen be told by a separate staff member that i definitely had a refill available and they were unsure why the other person told me I didn’t. I’ve paid for medications before that I wasn’t supposed to pay for, when I inquired about it, the error was simply that the person didn’t read the notes in the system authorizing an override. I’ve requested a refill that wasn’t available the time and instead of someone calling and notifying me they didn’t have the medication in stock they just cancelled the request with no notification (this happens every time, I’ve never once received a phone call notifying me that my refill was unavailable or out of stock, it takes me calling for them to tell me why I never got the medication). Hold times on the phone are HORRIBLE - sometimes over an hour. I’ve requested to speak to the manager, Kristen Jensen is her name I believe, I have never received a call back. One of the technicians even sent her an email regarding my concerns and no response. All of the medications are speciality meds - so I HAVE to use TGH as a pharmacy, otherwise I would not use them!!!

They’re getting one star because zero wasn’t an option. This is thee worst organization I’ve ever dealt with of any kind. The only reason I continue with them is my infant son needs compound medications we can only get from a specialty pharmacy. Every time we need to fill a prescription, which is often, it’s always an issue with them. They literally never communicate with us anything. Rosa and Steph hate their jobs so they take out on customers. We’ve been trying to get in contact with the pharmacy manager Kristin Jensen for weeks now and we can never catch her and we can never get a call back when they say she will.

This is hands down the WORST pharmacy in ALL of tampa bay. Whenever they are back ordered on medication or out of stock, they NEVER inform the patients - they won’t even tell us when the medications will be back in stock, nor do they admit to false info about the medication being in stock several days prior.In addition, the pharmacy staff takes it upon themselves to alter the QTY on prescriptions from doctors to change it to whatever they like despite consistently getting it filled as written by the MD for several months.This pharmacy is a scam and they treat patients horrifically. This is NOT a good representation for TGH at all!

Hospital was great. Has a good experience there. Alexandra Strozak in Oncology was very rude and spoke down to me and my grandfather. Seems to have real anger issues and feels very entitled. We did not have a good experience because of her and will not ever come back. If you are in going into Oncology dept, please avoid her at all costs.

It's not a bad pharmacy it's just that it's a BUSY pharmacy... otherwise it's fine.. they don't seem to have enough workers at time.

Outstanding customer service and support. Wife's a transplant patient since Oct '22.... All Rx's delivered to our home - NO CHARGE.. They call me when meds are almost due for refill....

I am with .T.G.M.G..as a client as it being my primary care facility .For 4 yrs I had been using winn dixie for my prescriptions..I didn't know about .. Tgh pharmacy all of this time..I made the call Spoke with..Zack he was extremely helpful, Informative & had great customer service etiquette..My medicine was ready with no problems or issue Tgh pharmacy is A1. & Zack is Awesome!

To who it may concern, I've been here since Monday. The quality of service has become drastically worse. I have some of the best insurance. I pay a small fortune for. However they decided to stick me in the tiniest of makeshift rooms. Serve me prison style food that I have to wait hours for and is the tiniest of portions. Literally kid size portions. I don't want to share pictures of the food it's that bad. The Nurse today has been missing my medicine times. Mind you its antibotics and crucial to my well being. All the other antiboics I've been given has been rejected by my body. I haven't showered in 3 days now since the first Emergency Room. They keep cutting me open trying to remove more of the infection however my body is not clean and my mind is going places I dont want to be. I don't feel right being here. I thought this hospital held high standards and had some of the most amazing staff but I'm getting mistreated and told I'll have to stay in this closest for 3 days until they decide on how long I'll be here. Continue to not bathe until I get into a room if they decided on putting me in a real room. I am currently in this tiny room with no TV. And being served child size portion meals that literally are the equivalent to prison food. The worst part about this ward is the older nurse who came into mistreating my neighbor who is about to have a pacemaker put in. Then she started talking nasty with an attitude to other patients. Once my mom called in to report the level of care I was recieving the was actually connected directly to the problem nurse. Which she then started to lie to my mother and that ended that conversation. My mom is already going through a super hard time so to have to deal with someone like her made her even more upset. She called me in tears. I am requesting a patient advocate. I also found out I can call dietary and have them place q special order for food for me. I have high calorie diet and super fast metabolism so I can't eat just anything and the amount is not nearly enough for me. I'd be okay if I had good food. I'd deal with no TV or being in such a tiny room with a bathroom 100 ft away that I have to walk to 15 plus times just in the day and another 15 times at night. Given all of this I still have to stay here and suffer even more than I would at any other hospital. So at shift change. I went to plug-in my phone where the nurses have been letting me charge my phone because I didn't have a block to charge it. I then asked the two nurses sitting down if one of them was my nurse because I hadn't had any antibotics in over 7 hours. The Nurse who was actually mine decided she was going to be aggressive and tell me I must get out of here I can't be in here. I told her well you are the only nurse out of several in the last 2 days that has told me this. I said they been letting me charge my phone here using their charger. I just wanted some antibotics and to charge my phone. She then decided to say stuff under her breath. I then continued to my bed grab a pen so I could walk to the other nurse station who had been helping me for the last day. They been giving advice, needed supplies etc. Because this ward has been neglecting me this entire day so I had to get my own stuff somewhere else. I then told the other nurse what happened that I didn't feel comfortable with her being my nurse. She then told me that I could just go ask the other nurse politely if she would be my nurse and that I didn't feel comfortable with the other nurse being my nurse. I then went and did just that and as I was sitting down in my bed she went directly to my nurse and told her what I asked her. My nurse then decided to say some very negative things about me. And as I overhears her I said well you can just go back home with that attitude we don't need that in our ward. My nurse then made a direct threat to me (I will not disclose that) after that I grabbed all my belongings as my nurse decided to make me look like the issue and ca

Jackie is very rude. No kind of customer skills. She acted as if she was being inconvenienced when I called the pharmacy. She really was nasty. She definitely didn’t make me feel like a welcomed patient. I definitely won’t be referring any friends or family there.

Always late or never shows up!! Most times I have to call 3 times a week to get one prescription! Most times they need to get a A courier to bring me my meds they are so late last time it was 16 days late. They are completely incompetent go someplace else! Also Katie one of the Pharmacist rude and totally incompetent!
