Our special thanks to Maria , John and their fantastic team for doing a great job with the sale of our home in Waterset at Apollo Beach, Florida. We are grateful for all of their efforts to assist us in making our selling experience a great one. From photos to answering questions and always supportive and explaining market changes and providing options during hard decisions like right pricing, having patience and readiness, it was amazing. Maria & teams accessibility was 24/7 and much appreciated.
Their professionalism, experienced and here for you attitude was great. Their negotiation skills and well organize approach is excellent. above all, it was our experience to see the people they surround themselves with, like contractors to closing teams are also very customer oriented. Offer accepted only if you go through his buyer agent and finance through his preferred lender.
List the house fairly less than the market price and once people come-in, changes price to above market value. do not fall into trap.

This team of highly trained, efficient, knowledgeable, easily accessible, wonderful people were a pleasure to work. I was selling a house from across the state, they took the reins, handled all the details and we had a contract within 2wks of listing!! I followed their lead, with suggestions to "improve" the appearance before listing and it paid off.
John & Maria are amazing- they definitely know the area, what is selling, and their marketing plan is spot on
Donyale Kramer jumped right in w/handling the details regarding some improvements. Her list of venders had everything completed almost immediately.
Debbie Moquin took over as the "closer" as I referred to her. Her knowledge and negotiating skills w/contracts, made this a stress free transaction.
This team allowed me to sit back and not worry about the sale.

Take their advice! They are a very professional and knowledgeable team. No two listings are ever the same and you can never predict market changes or unrealistic buyers. The Hoffman team prepared us and the house for this process and helped us navigate the difficult and challenging days. I used the services of Realtor John Hoffman and his Assistant Debbie Moquin of Tampa Home Group to list and sell my house in Temple Terrace. Not only did they make the complex process unbelievably simple and easy for me to understand, they were able to move my house quickly with no issues or surprises at closing. They are extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them and would use them again!

I can't say enough about John, Maria and the entire team at Tampa Home Group at Keller Williams. We are leaving our home of 31 years and really needed advice on selling and pricing of our home. After interviewing several Realtors, we picked the Tampa Home Group. Wow, did we get so much more! Marie brought great comps and explained; in detail the selling and the pricing process. Then John did a walkthrough and pointed out items that needed to be repaired or painted while all the time trying to save us money on things not essential. They have resources with roofers, painters landscapers and all types of contractors to get all those projects done. The contractors were all excellent and I think their estimates were very reasonable. The best part, their team coordinates and acts as a liaison with them all. Donyale Kramer and Debbie Moquin emailed, texted, or called us to update, schedule, and follow up on the projects till completetion. The communication is truly outstanding and very comforting during this stressful time. One person they suggested we utilize was a stager; Kim Magnuson, who gave us great suggestions on how to "show" the home. Following their expert advice, we listed on a Friday, open house on Saturday and a contract at full asking price on Tuesday. And after the sale, they continued to assist and offer professional expertise during and through the closing process. Furthermore, they gave us suggestion on Realtors in SC who turned out to be as professional and experienced as John and Maria are. If I could give ten stars I would and I highly recommend John and Maria and the team of Tampa Home Group.

We have moved multiple times and dealing with John and Maria Hoffman of Tampa Home Group far surpassed all of our expectations. They and their team are responsive, fast moving and extremely knowledgeable on everything related to selling a home. They come in and make recommendations and they help you through the process of implementing any of those changes or improvements. We moved shortly before we put our home on the market and they arranged for everything that needed to be done, from pool resurfacing, painting, staging etc. They have relationships with excellent contractors who are reasonable in their prices and the Tampa Home Group ensures everything is done to their high expectations and standards. John and Maria are the best and we are so happy we chose them to sell our home.
