Customer service at this store sucks. I wanted to buy some ink for my printer. I was told to go to electronic department. I want there. I could not find anyone to help me. So after five minutes I said as loud as I can DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE. Nothing. No one showed up. So a few minutes later I said .DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE. Still nothing. Five more minutes went by and I said DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE. still nothing. Five more minutes went by and I said DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE. Finally an employee showed up and was able to help me. This store does not even deserve the one star I gave it. Very poor customer service.

This is NOT my local Target but they apparently had an item in stock that I needed, so I took the trip here to get what I needed. When I arrived the item wasn't on the shelf & I was heart broken because I drove so far. I spoke to a rep and she let me know the item would be in stock tomorrow, she told me that a few times but being I wasn't from that area I told her that tomorrow wouldn't be convenient for me. After speaking to her for a while, she was able to help me get my hands on the item I needed. Every person I encountered in this store was kind and helpful. I would definitely return to this particular location, they really have some amazing workers and product selection.

I had the most unpleasant experience to date when picking up groceries using the drive up service. The young man working the evening shift walks up to my window and I say hello (no greeting from him), then he immediately shoves my bags in my face and says here you go. Total lack of customer service.

05/23/23 The lady taking out orders between 12-12:15 pm today dark short hair has no customer service skills and lacks helping a client. She forgot my Starbucks k cups and I mentioned it to her and her remark is must be out of stock. SO your going to charge me $18 for something I did receive? I know the bag was probably forgotten and left inside. Did she offer to go look? NO! She told me to go inside for a manager because I asked for a manager. Dumb dumb I can't go inside because I my ankle is broke hence me asking for one. Called the store and spoke tome lady who no help either. Ended up calling st Pete target s and Brie helped me get a refund on my phone. Gandy Targets experience for me was horrible.

I've never felt the need to write a review for target even though this is my second home. I want to give a huge shout out to Bella and Zach. Especially Bella. She has the sweetest personality in the world. They were both incredibly patient, and did not make us feel rushed even though we overstayed our visit. At closing time we decided to apply for a red card and while having technical issues with our barcode and app. We took an extra 30 minutes to leave but no matter what they were still incredibly patient and kind. Thank you both for the amazing job that you do!

I gave the cashier a $50 bill to pay for a $6.97 purchase. When I got home I realized I only received the change for $20. I called the store and was told that the employees that can look at the tape had left for the night. I called the next day and was told the camera images are fuzzy because they were from the day before. Carson was trying to be helpful and said he would send an email to Kat and asked if I could call her the following afternoon. I did and she knew about it but had to call me back after she checked on something. Kat called back and said, "Yes, we do see a $50 bill was used and I can give you a $15 gift card". I said, "No I want my $30 back". She then said she couldn't see the actual receipt, etc. Long story short I have to drive back to the store to get my money back. She couldn't reassure me that I wouldn't have a new hassle once I got there. I really would have liked at least one apology for the inconvenience. Instead, she said as far as she is concerned everyone helped enough. Crappy way to treat the customers.

For sure the best Target in Tampa. Front end staff is always super helpful and accommodating. Great drive up times as well- I feel like I'm never waiting long.
