Having the returns and exchanges be the same line as order pick up makes no sense. The amount of time I had to wait for them to take a line of returns before someone scanned my barcode to go get my one item from the back was longer than me going to get the item and checking out myself. Cherry on top was Stephanie not very kindly telling me “we only have one line” when I was in the area that very clearly says order pick up next to the line of 5 people doing returns.

Disgusting store. Always understaffed. Prepare to wait 20 minutes for self checkout. Empty shelves. Better off going to Public next door or Walmart.

Why are the counts ALWAYS off at this store? I order for pick up and more than half of the items are listed on the app as in stock but then I get refunded because they don't actually have the item.

Ok So Target is my go to store for most items I need. They maintain a very clean shopping environment, friendly service, and great pricing. They also offer prompt pickup service at some stores!

If you’re going to make it where the personal checkout is 15 items or less, you need to have more people on the register no matter the time. Billion dollar company you can afford to pay to have more cashiers on or build more personal checkouts.

I stopped buying the fruited and veggies and meats because they’re literally ALWAYS bad, but Jesus even the broth too? I rarely find something at target that’s not expired it’s ridiculous. Safe to say I’m sticking to Publix

This target has always been a problem for me. The clothes section is always a disaster so normally I avoid that area. But today I wanted to look for a pair of pants for work. I looked through the train wreck. Found a pair and went to the dressing room. Every door but one was closed and the area is also very messy with stuff EVERYWHERE. As I’m trying on the pants I hear someone jiggle the door knob. I figured it was a customer checking for an open room. NOPE it’s an employee. They didn’t even say a word and I hear keys opening the door. That’s when I said “um hello someone’s in here?” Then they get mad at me for not saying anything and we argue through the door. Am I in the wrong? If you are an employee checking to see if the room is empty KNOCK AND ANNOUNCE YOURSELF? Not just try and open the door right away. I left the room and left the target. Glad I’m moving away from this area.

Pleasant staff in all departments but the store just looks rundown. Clothing racks are stuffed with clothes no one is buying (bad buying decisions for the market) and shelves are a mess. Walmart down the street is more tidy. Not sure what’s happening… maybe this store is closing??? The store on North Dale Mabry is much better stock and cared for. We are Target fans but this store needs an overhaul… Please.
