Target is lot like most other big box sotres that sell clothes, homegoods, and groceries. Employees are ok and will help when asked. This particular location has a large self checkout area next to the regular checkout lanes (most of which are closed and not manned). There is also a large covered car drive uyp pickup area. Inside, there is a Starbucks, an eyeglass store, and a small self checkout market that sells snacks and drinks. This partilcular store has a large grocery and bakery section which offer decent selection. One issue is that the shelves are sometimes not stocked well so you'll run into issues there occasionally. We generally leverage this Target to do pickup orders since its convenient to order on the app and pickup in the drive up area. One thing that still bothewrs me about that is there isn't an easy way to check your purchase before you leave. I've only run into an issue once and Target addressed it, but I guess it's part of the cost of convenience. Overall, outside of spending too much money at Target, I can't say too much good or bad. It fills our needs and will probably fill yours too.

Always a great customer service experience at N Dale Mabry. The only issue I have with this store is that they need to install more self check out registers. Usually only a few cashiers open. Consumers who choose self check out encounter very long self check out line.

The photos sum it up. This used to be the go to Target in Carrollwood. I don't know if they are short staffed or just don't care anymore but it's disgusting. Everytime you go in, it's a complete mess. What kind of shopping experience is this for your customers?!

BEWARE! My family was SCAMMED by the AT&T reps here! Stay clear of Alex and the company Sara Plus who they are affiliated with. They promised a cost savings on my monthly family plan but in actuality just left out 1 of the lines in the paperwork.Alex is a terrible human and this company is very unethical! Shameful that a company like Target who advocates for immoral injustices but allows people like this to prey on their customers.

Dang Silas@15240 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618, way to rock it! This person was perfectly pleasant, polite, could talk to everyone. He handled multiple customers with complaints and all of them left smiling or joking with him. I was very impressed to see how busy everything/everyone was and he was just so positive and unphased. I typically dread check-out but today it was ok, thanks to cash register/check out person Silas. Thanks, we really appreciated you today!???

The lady that works at Starbucks, Shreya, was giving an attitude towards a misunderstanding of my order. I calmly told her she charged me for an extra cup, and she replied saying that was not her fault that she didn’t know. She could’ve been more sympathetic with the issue, but I’m afraid she wasn’t. Overall, I enjoy shopping at Target, but not the customer service at Starbucks.

The target is nice and clean. It’s enjoyable to shop there and the customer service is great BUT the barista there Shreya (starbucks) has messed up not one but twice by charging me more then it should. Then proceeds to give me attitude, saying that’s not what she heard. It’s not hard to repeat the order or to simply apologize. Instead she rolls her eyes and gives me a refund. No apology, no sincerity, just straight rudeness.

Need More self Checkouts. If you’re not going to have Cashiers, that’s fine. Install more self Checkouts. The lines are ridiculous. Walmart across the Street has more.
