I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I had an appointment at 10:30 am today, for which I showed up on time. I knocked 3 times loudly and no one ever answered the door so I left, assuming the place was empty. In case anyone questioned it, I even took a photo of the door with the timestamp at 10:29am. I then called and no one picked up the phone. And then, instead of returning my call, the man rudely texts me repeatedly (see attached image) and claims that I was lying and didn't knock. He then called me and talked so loudly over me that I couldn't even speak and then he hung up abruptly as soon as I started talking. He was extremely unprofessional and not worth wasting your time. By all means, take your business elsewhere. If you already have a Groupon for this place, Groupon has offered to refund it entirely due to his lack of professionalism.Update: He is now trying to claim that I am blackmailing him by leaving a review, which I am of course entitled to do. He then continuously called me from a different number as I blocked the first one. This man is not only rude and unprofessional, but has gone one step further into attempting to harass me and constantly call my phone. But luckily I don't get scared by men like that. Tip: take your business elsewhere!
