The Associate and manager were very rude and unaccommodating when a return/exchange was requested. Also was charged for a shirt they never did the return on and paid for it twice. Wasn’t given a receipt. When return was attempted for another online order, associate immediately tried to give store credit rather than ask for my credit card to return on. Will not return to this location again.

I love children's place clothes but this store has really gone downhill. First off its hotter than hades when you go into the store. I ordered clothes online and did in store pickup to get the extra discount. When I got there they went back and got my package. When it was brought back I asked for a bag to put it in so i could open my package and make sure I had all my items. I was told "no". I was taken a back and asked again if I could have a bag. I was once again told no that they are not giving out bags. He said his manager told him not to give out bags since they were running short. I understand not handing out bags all willy nilly but I am literally purchasing something from your establishment and you are not giving me a bag to carry my items. I get that it is just a bag but the attitude of the clerk was ridiculous and the fact that you wanted to sit there and refuse/argue over a bag. I guess moving forward I will either have to go to a different location or start shopping at Old Navy.

Manager is not friendly! She has zero consideration for the guests. If you return something (with tags attached) they give you a hard time about taking it back ( with or not within the 45 days return policy) this store use to be awesome. It’s not become a joke and the management is non helpful and a complete joke!

. An older blonde Caucasian worker in the store who stated she owned the store was having a conversation with a dissatisfied customer. She was trying to return an item with store tags still on the item, they told her she couldn’t return it.Words were exchanged after this, the customer told her it was her 1st amendment right to say what she wanted to. ( the customer was black) The lady that said she owned the store told her she bet the customer couldn’t even read. Why? Because she was black? I won’t be shopping here again and advise other people of color don’t either. Your low prices aren’t worth racism and bad customer service.

Shirley made our shopping experience so easy it was like hitting one of those easy buttons and bam we were out of there with greats deals before we knew it! Not sure who is managing the store today (11/11/22) but it's more like a club then a children's clothing store. Employees have a bluetooth speaker blaring music way too loud at the register and the girl working register is clueless even after having to have her repeat herself several times. We also let her know the music is too loud, but she ignored my wife and I and started singing along with the music with another co-worker. Store is a mess as well. Very unprofessional, and we weren't the only ones making comments about the music. Normally we enjoy going to this store to shop for our five children but if this what we can expect everytime we come then we will pass and shop elsewhere.

Nice spacious self-service store.A large assortment of toys. Excellent soft toys of the Aurora factory.Children's clothing, shoes. The price of clothes is average. You can buy good clothes at an attractive price.

I absolutely love this place. Great prices, decent quality clothes, easy to get in and out. Customer service could be a bit better, but I understand the stress of working kids retail. Never had a bad experience yet.

Love the uniforms and every day wear ,my daughter’s favorite place to shop,I shop here a lot in store and online the clothes are super cute and the delivery time is good ,I have never been disappointed !I can’t wait to pick up my order when the stores open up again ,Until then be safe and healthy !

Today I was in this store and the two girls who sell have looked at my children with a bad face and contempt. If we take into account that it is a store that sells children's clothes, something like this should not happen, maybe they are not mothers and do not know that children of two and three years can be somewhat uneasy but I still suppose they should be prepared to treat with courtesy and patience to customers with young children

I specifically called for a size, type and color. The associate assured me they had plenty of them out and also in the back. I drove with a migraine to come and get absolutely nothing. They didn’t have it-not even 1. She never even looked at the rack less than 10’ front her much less anywhere else. What laziness and lack of drive to do your job. I will never go here again. I’ll order online where I know exactly what I can get and when. Maybe this is why retail is dying.
