Personnel that is friendly. Air-conditioned exhibitions and delicious pizzas. All the things a family from Florida seeks for on a trip!

This place is gorgeous & you can easily spend 2-3 hours exploring. Ticket pricing seemed steep for an aqarium but we weren't disappointed once we were inside. We do recommend purchasing in advance if possible as the price varies throughout day. We hesitated then it was higher at door. If your s local look into the pass it seems worth it.

Great aquarium - we particularly liked the Florida exhibit. So many different types of sea life throughout. It was extremely crowded (rainy weekend) but people were polite and accommodating as we maneuvered a stroller. Also, we found the food to be very good with an extensive menu and reasonably priced. Easy parking. Close to the trolley line and lots of other cool Tampa experiences. Would highly recommend.

Imagine not being prepared for a busy weekend. I am out all the $ i spent to buy my tickets in advance. “Skip the line” had a line in 55° temps with a 2 month old baby. Your logistics need some work. Incredibly disappointed in not just this aquarium but the city of tampa for not having any flow or organization in anything offered downtown.

The aquarium itself was very nice, but I will not return due to the parking situation and overcrowding issues. Because of the cruise ships next door, it was an HOUR wait to get into the parking garage and find a spot. Then, an hour wait in line to get tickets. Once inside, the place was so overcrowded it was difficult to walk anywhere without bumping into people - this has got to be a fire hazard! We had to wait in a line/crowd to see each of the tanks so it took ~3 hours to get through the aquarium.Once we left it was another hour wait in traffic to get out of the parking garage! Just insanity. The aquarium should absolutely limit the amount of tickets sold per day and have people book ahead. This would solve both the overcrowding and parking issue.

Disappointing and very expensive. I had the general feeling that the tanks and enclosures were too small, particularly for the giant octopus and penguins. The penguin enclosure was shocking, I went outside to find this area and realised it was pretty much just a box with two very bored penguins, I've been to many zoos and aquariums and never seen such a small and sad area.

It was a great experience especially where the birds were located, just roaming and flying around. It was very relaxing ! It is a self-guided tour but there are plenty of staff around to help.

The staff is very friendly and consistently open to answering questions about the animals. There’s plenty of spaces to sit and rest if needed. They do have a new exhibit which is really interactive but some parts are already glitchy. One of my favorite features is being able to view inside the otter cubby hole and if you’re lucky seeing an otter sleeping and being generally cute and cozy.

The aquarium offers a wide variety of aquatic animals, from mesmerizing jellyfish to playful otters, and even majestic sharks. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, making our visit both educational and enjoyable. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and family friendly.

the security was wonderful. the woman (Sarah) at the penguin exhibit was extremely informative and helpful. i felt as though when we were walking by the fish , birds and otters there was a male employee tall and slim with long brown hair in a blue ponytail that seemed to be following us every where we went through the birds fish and otters. we were being very respectful and enjoying all the aquarium had to offer , and every time i turned around he was RIGHT behind us. watching. very annoying.

Your splash pad and playground area is your best and worst thing. I can tell you almost any family pass you have is only for the splash pad. Yes they walk around but the kids and parents know that's it's for the splash pad. Yet when I am here in the area it's so stressful. I watch some of your employees do their best to keep kids safe others let the kids do whatever. The fact that you treat what should safety rules for the safety of all guests more like guidelines. Stress me out. I watch and wait for a kid to take another one out on the slide or climb up something they shouldn't and fall. If your not gonna use the leapfrog thing take it out or fix it. Personally I think it's a major accident waiting to happen.

Always have a great time at the FL Aquarium with my 2yr old niece. The air in there is fantastic so that is a bonus for me in the FL heat!Staff is always friendly, never overcrowded so I don't feel pushed when taking our time at one exhibit or another and now that the parking lot is finished, it is cleaner looking too!Loved member night tonight, babygirl insisted on staying on the dance floor so we didn't get to all the aquarium stuff but she was so happy dancing <3Today was overcrowded and folks were fighting in line, I definitely suggest to book online and have your electronic passes already when you get there O.oNew Morphd exhibit was very nice and hands on for my neice but I didn't get to read everything on the cool LCD panels about each species...now I have to go by myself to read lol, so worth the membership!
