Planning on not renewing our rent lease, for many reasons..
They never take seriously your work orders unless it's something about water damage..
Mantance workers mainly only speak Spanish little to no english..
Trash valet sucks, they throw Trash bags from the 2nd and 3rd floor, making a mess in the apartments hallways.. seems lazy that they don't take the bags at times and we're being charged for it!
They completely forget about buildings in the back, seems rgey only care about office near buildings..
Also not enough handicapped parkings, 1 parking per building isn't enough!
They need code enforcement called.

Dont waste your time or money trying to move into the landings at cypress meadows. I renewed the lease unfortunately and wish i hadn't. Maintenance walks in without even giving you time to open the door. They are constantly coming out with new unnecessary rules. They charge way to much for rent and when you renew your lease it goes up in price. Now you’re also unable to park your vehicle by your building unless your name is listed on registration and they only gave a few days notice where as before you only needed to show insur and registration no matter who's name was on it. Waste of money living here in my opinion. They as well just paint over the dirt thats on the walls and baseboards from previous renters yet charge you an expensive cleaning fee once u move out if the place does not appear clean. This place makes you pay a trash valet fee but the trash dude never makes it to the third floor.. why not make the trash service an optional payment or hire a better fit for the position. For weeks he hasnt came and ive called the office they dont care.

The property Manager has been fantastic. I have been here for more then 8 years and I have never gotten anything new in my apartment. With Alseidi I got new vinyl flooring. I'm very satisfied. Maintenance have been very good as well . I highly recommend The landings . They treat their tenants like family!

I would like to give this more stars because the ladies in the front have always been so sweet but they are absolutely HORRIBLE with towing your car for any little thing. it’s actually so sad. I got both of my cars towed for the most RIDICULOUS reasons. the office says they don’t make the rules and the towing company says they don’t make the rules either. I think they might have something with the towing company because it’s insane how much they tow ppls cars. so now we are car less. Im the only one working in our household and I can’t afford to get the latest one they towed out. ? thank god my job is next door and I can walk but it’s really hard not having a car with a one year old.* update * 03-31-24they just towed our neighbors car because she had a flat tire for a day. that just goes to show you they literally tow your car for any little thing!!she couldn’t get her flat tire taken care of that day so she was going to take care of it the next day and bam, towed!!! now she has to pay extra to get it out and fix her flat tire. absolutely horrible.not everyone is made of money. I’m convinced they have something going on with the tow company
