I regret to express my profound disappointment with the living conditions at Marquis of Tampa. Despite promises of functional amenities, my experience has been marred by constant issues and unfulfilled commitments.Firstly, numerous amenities that were advertised as accessible have proven to be only available during the apartment complex’s work hours, rendering them essentially inaccessible for residents who work or have commitments beyond these hours. This not only contradicts the initial promises made but also restricts the convenience and enjoyment we were expecting.Moreover, the persistent malfunctions within the complex have become a recurring problem. From faulty appliances to issues with utilities, the living conditions have fallen short of the standards expected in a residential setting. The lack of prompt and effective responses from the maintenance team exacerbates the frustration and inconvenience.Additionally, the staff’s demeanor and approach leave much to be desired. The rudeness and uncooperativeness displayed by the management and front office staff contribute to an unwelcoming atmosphere that does not align with the basic expectations of tenant-landlord interactions.I believe it is crucial for the management to address these concerns promptly and comprehensively. As a resident, I expected a comfortable and functional living environment, and unfortunately, the current situation falls far short of these expectations. I trust that your commitment to resident satisfaction will drive the necessary improvements.

Made an appointment the day before to take a tour. Drove an hour just to get there and be told they can't show anything due to "liability reasons"? It was very lightly raining. One I think that is a little ridiculous, but also if that is the case then I think they could have told me that it was likely to rain the next day and wouldn't be able to show anything or notified me the day of before coming so that I would not have wasted two hours of my day for absolutely no reason. Really frustrating.

First of all I love the community and the house. We get our own parking garage which is a great advantage.Secondly the staffs are so friendly. Whenever something is needed they are always ready to help with smiling faces.Finally the maintainence team is the best team, they dont need reminders at all. Even when there is some emergency request they address it so fast.Thanks Marquis team.

I would love to thank the staff for helping me with my move from Chicgao,it’s only been 4 months but it was definitely a challenge with my move, the staff is nice and the property and the pool is Amazing!!! I recommend this property 100 % good looking out Alex!

Please be cautious and aware of the lack of honesty and mediocrity displayed by this apartment complex. I recently applied for a one-bedroom apartment and promptly submitted all the necessary requirements, including three recent bank statements. However, the process took an unexpected turn from there.Initially, the website stated that I would receive a response within 24 hours. However, I later received an email clarifying that the process would take 3 to 4 days. After patiently waiting for 3 days, I reached out to inquire about the status of my application. They requested additional information about my employment since I am a self-employed worker. I took the time to explain in detail what a 1099 entails, as well as the nature of my contractual work, given that I do not receive paystubs like a traditional employee.To my disappointment, there was no response following this explanation. I sent two more emails over the course of the next 4 days and attempted to contact them via phone, but all my efforts were met with silence. It was only on the 7th day that someone finally answered the phone, mentioning that my application was still awaiting the manager's response. They assured me that they would inquire about it once again.At this point, feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the lack of communication, I requested a refund in my last email since I had received no response within 3, 4, or even 7 days. Unfortunately, the only email I received from them was regarding the refund of the administration fee, with no explanation or attempt to address the issues with my application.It is evident to me that this apartment complex is indifferent to providing satisfactory customer experiences. Their actions, such as ignoring calls and emails, and their failure to address the concerns of applicants only reinforce this perception. It seems that they have become accustomed to negative reviews. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." I strongly advise avoiding places like this, where they resort to lowering prices to compensate for their poor treatment of customers.Note: It is worth noting that they still charged the $75 application fee, despite not providing any response

I’ve lived here for 10 years & I love it! The front desk staff & managers along with the maintenance staff (Santiago & Alex) are very kind, helpful and always there when u need them! This will definitely be my home for a long time! Thanks everyone, keep up the great work.

Very unsafe neighbourhood. No enforcement. Aggressive dogs like pitbull are allowed to go around and attack residents. My wife has bad byte today - 4 stitches.

The property management aren't right. I had a 30 day process to wait for my application and they NEVER communicate what is going on thee whole time so I have to go our my way Entire time for updates. I was shown a Picasso size 2bd and when finally approved and to sign lease they had me assigned to a much smaller apartment with no renovations like I told them I wanted and they refused to refund me anything and there was nothing available or coming up. As I was in office completely wasting time and money at this pointA tenant told me my situation happens regularly all the time and with everyone looking to live there & even worker at office joins in that yea they hear this all the time and it's the most common complaint. This property has potential buy this management property is definitely not the right people to run it. MARY is the only person on office that everyone trust to deal with.

AMAZING!!! I’ve lived here @ Marquise apartment homes for almost 7yrs and it’s been the best experience of my apartment life. Everyone is friendly, the amenities are awesome, in fact, I upgraded to new flooring & appliances and I feel like I’m in a new home. The pools are always sparkling & clean but the staff is always friendly and there’s no other property management that’s topping this crew…oh yeah & be ready for food truck Tuesday’s the food is amazing…come join the community!!

staff are super attentive and sweet. Management is organized and caring. They have done nothing, but make sure we feel as comfortable and at home as possible, They have community events here and there which I really like. Maintenance guys are fast and do a great job! Happy to call this my home :)

Apartments look run down. Even after they just painted them. I wouldn't hire those painters. They did a terrible job!Air-conditioners look old as dirt! I heard they don't maintain them either. Customers air-condition just won't stop running and not cooling, so now the electric bill is high. Management not so Great either. You get nothing but bad attitude when you call to get something done.

100% the absolute worst apartments, run by the WORST management, I have ever seen in my many years of property management. My boyfriend lived here and I would visit him daily (as I lived down one block) after the new management took over I noticed how run down the property got and how many people were moving out. It was dirty, maintenance requests were never taken care of, gate was always broken. When issues would be brought up to management (I would always help my boyfriend write the emails because I had been in property management for years) the manager would reply with the worst attitude and no desire to assist in resolving issues. My boyfriend requested his microwave be repaired multiplied times.... no response. And on top of all of that, he was given a move out letter at the end of his lease, saying he couldn’t renew (mind you he’d lived there for 3 years and was an upstanding resident) when he contacted the manager for an explanation (mind you I wrote the email again, so it was kindly and respectful worded) the only response he received was “legally we do not have to give you a reason.” Given the climate of 2020 and my incredibly boyfriend being a black man, this manager should know better. Absolutely disgraceful.He was an upstanding tenant, never a late payment, never an issue, left the apartment better than he found it.The management is disgusting and they’re lucky my boyfriend just wanted to be done with them.

We moved to Marquis of Tampa five years ago. We just renewed our lease for another year because we love the excellent living conditions here. The property staff always are helpful. They keep the property clean and safe. Our home is nearby grade A schools, Publix, Sprouts and great restaurants. We are glad that we are staying here for another year.
