Very convenient that this location is open later than most in the Tampa area, I went 7 days before Christmas and it was peaceful, staffed with 3 employees, no line & excellent customer service! I wish I could remember the guys name who helped me, it was Wednesday, 12/17/25 @711pm. Upbeat and courteous!

I’m so happy I went to this UPS!! Such an easy experience. Running errands can get super stressful but the workers at this UPS are such a delight. The line never takes too long and they are so kind no matter how busy they are! Dipa, Cliff, and Rafael are workers there that are exceptional! I don’t go to any other UPS stores anymore even if there’s one closer because I know it’s worth the extra few minutes in the car.

I ordered some shoes through Nike pay Nike for shipping. I get her to the UPS store. She tells me they are a franchise and I have to pay a $10 pick up fee. My experience was very very bad. I would not do any more business with UPS.N the store manager Diana very unprofessional
