I have had a bad experience with UPS store where I have paid lot of amount just to attempt the delivery it seems, employee said over the phone. But I have the amount for the package to be delivered to the address, not just to attempt the delivery. This is insane that he’s saying I’m here to attempt the delivery, we paid for the service not just for any trails of delivery attempt.
And the old man, he disrespectfully disconnected the phone in middle while I’m talking to him and trying explain the situation and expecting for the root cause.
This is what I have experienced here.
Worst service from the old Man that I spoke with him, he’s not trying to give the service, he’s just saying I’m here to what I do, and that’s not work with customers who paid lots of amounts for the service.
I need help with this case, I’m expecting better service still.

Staff is always friendly, professional, and courteous. I use this particular UPS store on a regular basis. They are usually busy, but they get you in and out relatively quickly!

I had to come in to get my fingerprints done and was literally strugglingggg. It’s supposed to be self serve I think, but Brittany (hope I spelled her name right!) held my hands LITERALLY and got me through it. I would have rage quit if not for her and she didn’t make me feel bad or like an imposition at all. Great customer service and cool people here!!

Lee is great! He greets me with a warm welcome each time I visit the UPS store. He is extremely helpful and provides great recommendations when I’m shipping packages abroad. I frequent this location often and I receive the same level of exemplary customer service each time.

For those needing to speak with a human should there be issues with their UPS delivery, give up on that. (Solution below!)
The owner of this location was really nice to me when my package repeatedly failed to be delivered by UPS, even though it hadn't anything to do with her store. The 800 number to UPS is nothing but a dead end to a mindless bot- you will never get a human to help you, so I appreciated her time and cheer. However, she was unable to tell me the address for the local hub in Odessa.
If you've missed a delivery and you're worried about never getting your package, you'll quickly realize no one can tell you how to track it down- they cannot TRACK your package using the TRACKING NUMBER(?!)
Here's the solution- Go to the HUB for NORTH TAMPA and pick it up between 7-8:30pm, when your parcel has been returned for the night.
The SECRET ADDRESS (unpublished) that no one will reveal is: 2650 Lakepointe Pkwy, Odessa, FL 33556. It's a legitimate Customer Service Office and it serves Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Lutz and surrounding areas. No idea why they all hide this information, but now you know.

I just have to leave this review.... I had to return four golf cart tires with rims this evening by 7:00. I came with two huge boxes that I needed to tape up and make them become boxes so that I could put two wheels in each box. Amazon only gave me two labels. I was sweating, they were heavy, I was struggling.... I went inside and asked for a hand cart or dolly or something to help me get them in because they were way too heavy to carry. They were so kind to bring me a handcart. I got one boxed up and got the label put on it and took it inside and then went outside to fight with the other box and label..... By the time I got the second box in.. I realized that I hadn't put the barcodes in the box like the instructions said that I had to. I was almost about to cry at this point, when this lovely employee Brittany... Popped the handle open on the box and said just put it in this handle. Sweating and frustrated...I said omg thank you....go ahead and scan it and let's return it..... At then she just handed me my return label that she had already scanned while I was out getting the second box.... I could have kissed her at that point because I was so hot, and my back hurt and all of that.
This is and has always been my favorite UPS store. Brittany has 100% insured that. I hope that UPS sees this and somehow rewards her for her superb customer service... She definitely made my horrible situation... So smooth... This is a great store It's never too busy and they are always very helpful.

The best thing about this store is the ppl that work there. Though I have seen turnover in the couple of years I’ve been going there, I have never had anything but pleasant service to extraordinarily helpful service.
This last time I had Lee helping me to properly pack everything I was sending, down to adding protective material so the items would not get damaged.
You just can’t beat this customer service!
