Attended a Habitat for Humanity fundraiser & social mixer with my Wife .Turkey sliders were excellent as well as security, valet, and warm greeting at the registration table.May peace be upon all the supporters and the recipient and her family of the opportunity to become a property owner & productive member of society!!

As a bride, I cannot recommend The Vault as a wedding venue.
From the very beginning, communication was a major issue. It took an unreasonably long time just to get a quote, and unfortunately, that turned out to be a sign of what was to come. Throughout the planning process, getting responses to even the simplest questions often took a week or more — sometimes up to three weeks with no reply at all.
After touring the venue, I began planning my wedding based on the information they provided. However, I repeatedly received incorrect quotes and conflicting details. Their typical response was, “I’ll check with upper management, but we can definitely do that,” which gave me false confidence. Despite their pressure to sign the contract early, I refused until I had all the details finalized — a process that dragged on for months due to their poor communication.
Then, less than three months before my wedding, they suddenly informed me that they were changing my wedding timeframe from the agreed-upon 2pm–8pm to 5pm–11pm — something we had specifically discussed and confirmed early on. They claimed they could no longer accommodate the original time, with no explanation.
At that point, I had no choice but to ask for my deposit back. I couldn’t continue planning such an important event with a venue that was consistently disorganized and unreliable.
Planning a wedding is stressful enough — no bride should have to deal with this level of miscommunication and inconsistency. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere.

Spring was the perfect time for our wedding at The Vault. From start to finish, the experience was smooth. Our friends and family haven’t stopped talking about how beautiful the space was, and it made for some amazing photos. The food was delicious, from cocktail hour through dinner. Everyone we worked with, including Ashley and Morgan, were helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We’d definitely recommend The Vault for your event if you’re considering it.

Where do we begin?! The Vault is such an amazing venue with the best team! When planning our wedding, we wanted a venue that was easily accessible, beautiful, and flexible for some special requests. The team at The Vault went above and BEYOND! They answered all of our questions, offered multiple meetings/tours to ensure everything was exactly what we wanted, and even accommodated unexpected last minute changes. The Vault made our day simply perfect. If you are looking for a wedding venue downtown - this is it!

We FINALLY MADE IT TO THE VAULT ! What an amazing team for this weekend wedding ! Food was prompt and delicious . The details were glamorous and we watched the team (behind the scenes) flip from ceremony to reception with ease! The bride and groom were impressed. We were the photobooth operator for the night and we perfectly fit in the Vault to entertain the crowd ! Highly recommend The Vault for any event !

The staff was exceptionally rude and the crowd was snobbish! I definitely recommend finding somewhere else to get a drink!!!
After waiting 30 minutes to get in we were told that we couldn’t sit at any of the open tables and we couldn’t approach the bar we left. Then, while leaving, we were verbally accosted by the staff based on our age. So much for DEI.

One of the most extraordinary venues is ideal to entertain the most extravagant events. This historic Exhange National Bank is a symbol of the roaring 20s, showcasing its meticulous master craftsmanship, well-appointed intricate marble floors, original vaults, etc... it's on an impressive scale. They host a Halloween party to die for, and you get an immersive tour behind the scenes, including their underground vault in the basement. A party to remember.
