The customer service and hospitality was nonexistent. Our room was musty and had questionable stains on the carpet. I asked other random guests how their experience was and they were also disappointed.

Stayed here for Gasparilla. Top notch. Very clean. Friendly staff. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Very nice. Rooms are small but beds are excellent. Great view. Has minimal signs of aging. Sells Pepsi products, not Coke which is my biggest complaint.

What happened to the old valet? The new team is HORRIBLE. Expect to wait 15 minutes to drop off you car and way longer to get it back.

We actually had maid service every day unlike most hotels that stopped daily service during COVID. Maid service is terrific. They worked hard and did a great job. I’m leaving them a nice tip. Check in/Check out was super easy. Love the White Tea trademark smell. Everything is clean and all staff are very accommodating.

Forget about getting any sleep. The boat outside the hotel blasts music all night long.Management is weak and should have a relationship with the Harbour, not suggest I come back and get another room not overlooking the water...BTW, I called non-emergency TPA Police Dept. regarding the noise...Nearby activities: Good restaurants

Loved the location, it is technically downtown yet very safe. I was able to job in the dark the two mornings that I was there and loved all of the options of the paths. I was there for a National Sales meeting and the food and beverage was great and accomodating.

Attended a conference here. Rooms were nice (updated but still could tell it was an older hotel) and views were spectacular! The location is really what makes this place great. Walkable to all of downtown, the Convention Center, Water Street, Sparkman Warf, and a grocery store (Publix). The conference amenities were similar to the rooms. Nice and got the job done, but not as updated or fancy as some of the newer hotels down the road, but views and overall experience were great!Rooms: Small, clean, well appointed. Views were incredible.Nearby activities: Close to Tampa Convention Center, Amalie Arena, the popular Water Street and Sparkman area with grocery, restaurants, bars, the Aquarium, and the Yacht Starship departure port(s)Walkability: Highly walkable area of town, you do not need a car if you stay here and your activities are in the downtown area. There are bicycle and scooter ride share options as well.

Very nice hotel, location was fantastic. The only thing was the Breakfast. It could've been a little more economical as far as buffet prices go and for what was offered. $25 is a little steep, I surely cannot eat enough to compensate for that price tag when I have had nearly similar buffets at other hotels for a lot less even when money isn't an issue.

The room was a just a bit dated but overall a nice hotel, quiet, and amazing location. Was there for a work conference and the catering was out of this world.
