I have purchased two bracelets this year and both of them have been lost due to coming unclasped throughout the day. Unfortunately I don't know when this happened so I've been unable to locate either. So $ 3,000 dollars later I have nothing to show. I have to blame this on poor workmanship and/or material as I've never had this happen to any other piece of jewelry. I will NEVER purchase any Tiffany jewelry again.

The customer attention, beyond mere customer service, is impeccable at Tiffany & Company. I love the elegance of more than the jewelry collections. The dishes and cups are unique. They have comfy sitting areas and private rooms.
I took time today to explore the pictures of Mr . Tiffany. The framed Audrey Hepburn letter to Mr Tiffany reminds one of Ms Hepburn's famous movie Breakfast at Tiffany's.
I have some Tiffany pieces and asked for the complimentary cleaning of the items. The clerk told me that they now charge $20, slightly disappointing.
Great experience here and I'll continue to buy the quality items

I took my wife to the Tiffany & Co. store at International Mall in Tampa to celebrate our anniversary—a special occasion we were looking forward to. Unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by the store manager, whose rude and condescending attitude made it clear we were being judged by our appearance rather than treated as valued customers.
As a successful business owner, I understand the importance of treating every customer with respect and dignity—something that was sorely lacking here. The arrogance and dismissiveness we encountered were not only unprofessional but outright insulting, especially toward my wife. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or unworthy, especially in a place that claims to represent luxury and elegance.
I will never spend a single penny with Tiffany & Co. again, and I’ll make sure my family, friends, peers, and thousands of followers on social media are aware of this unacceptable behavior. This was a deeply disappointing experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Avoid this location if you value respect and basic decency.

We visited Tiffany’s in tampa to purchase a gift for our Niece and we spoke with Victoria who helped us choose. She was so good I even purchased a necklace for my wife and assure this was my choice and no pressure. We were then treated to refreshments while Victoria packed our gifts. It was a very relaxing experience thank you

I had an exceptional experience at this location today. I had made an appointment to get a piece of jewelry cleaned/polished. From the moment I set foot there Mark provided a stellar customer experience. He expedited the process and made the short wait such a pleasure. He is a great asset to that store and to this company.

Not quite as nice as the other Tiffany locations where I've shopped. The staff seemed a bit anxious, and the large security presence caused me to worry that this might not be a safe place.

The staff was very friendly and outgoing. They took time to find out what I was looking for and led me to the perfect gift.
Beautiful selection and product and they let me know that they could also get in my other pieces that were not in stock.
The blue box and bow were just the icing on top.

Employees including management discriminated against a client. Disposable treatment by SA, Manager and Client Services Director. Who the heck these people think they are treating a client in such an awful manner. Less than 3 year old bracelet broke, repair was delayed, repaired clasp does not function properly. I tried to put the bracelet on and COULD NOT. The RING DOES NOT FIT INTO THE NEWLY INSTALLED CLASP. Awful service.

Recently I went into the Tiffany store in Tampa and there were no other customers in the store. When I walked in they looked at me like I was being judged for my appearance and whether I could afford any Tiffany jewelry. I walked out of the store and made my call to NY in Tiffany to get the service that I have always received. The Tiffany in NY also has the best collection and supply. You can be sure to get what you want whoever you are.

Tiffany is always slacking. This time they forget My gift note what a waste of time and efforts. Then there was no receipt like I just got a bag and the box. Sorry I wont be back to this store I'm so annoyed. Every time I go its something.
