We usually order on line and the order is ready when it’s supposed to be. The salsa and chips are the best around. The bowls are good and the sauces are tasty. Wings are meaty and cooked right. The only downside is side is that when Super Bowl comes around the portions (particularly salsa, guacamole and queso) are cut in half but you still get charged the same price. No bueno.

Great experience at this location. The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and the restrooms were clean. GM Anthony is doing a great job here. ? ??

I would give this branch a negative 0 or negative stars, too bad that's not an option here. I ordered their loaded nachos with ground beef and my son a steak burrito. Business must be hurting when they can only put a teaspoon of ground beef on my loaded nachos and my son's steak burrito, literally missing the steak; they might as well call it rice burrito because it was only rice in it. Sadly, $29 plus later and we left the place extremely disappointed. Will never go back to this location on Bruce B. The one close to Sam's Club is the one to go.

Messed up on 3 out of 5 items on the order.Gave chicken instead Vegetarian on 3 our of 5 items. When pointed out and asked for politely to remake it, we were just waiting there for half hour. When asked for the status, they said they were working on other orders but nobody was served. Horrible experience. No apologies or try to make it right, when we canceled and walked out.

My GF and I recently moved to the tampa palms area and have been many times to eat and I have to say every single time we come its amazing. Super kind service from Lauren especially and the food is always great!

HAIR IN MY NACHOS!Completely grossed out therefore I will never order from Tijuana Flats again! I've already told myself that I will never eat in again as there is one cashier who is just too in your face which is why I decided to have it delivered only to be annoyed with hair in my food.

Very friendly staff everyone I interacted with was super helpful. Update a year later I continuously come back and the staff always goes above and beyond. Server Lea and manager Anthony always makes our experience worth coming back.

I order my food online at 7:01 on a Saturday night. The app told me it would be ready by 7:21. I arrived at the store at 7:25. There were a few people in line and a few more in the dining room, but overall wasn't that busy. I also noticed a couple of people standing at the online order pick up area waiting for their food. My food wasn't out yet, so I sat in a seat and waited a little bit until it was ready. At 7:35 my food still hadn't come out, so I went up to the counter to ask if maybe they had the food ready in the back. I was told that they were still working on it. At this point I'm a little annoyed because the people who had ordered their food in line when I got there had gotten their food already. I only ordered the quesadillas and the dos tacos. So the fact that it would've been faster for me to order in person was a bit annoying considering I had ordered online over 30 minutes ago. By the time it hit 7:41, I had officially ordered my food 40 minutes ago and still hadn't seen it. So I went up to the counter again and asked how much longer. I was told that they were packing it up and it would be out soon. So I went back to my seat and a minute or so later, they gave me my food. I was about to drive away when I noticed that they only gave me one of the two things I ordered. So I went back inside and asked where the rest of my order was and was told that they "forgot to pack it." The entire time I was there I only saw one employee working. I saw two more people there; one other employee and the General manager. The one girl who was working had curly hair and was coming out to the floor to apologize for the plethora of mistakes on people's orders, running food, and seemed to generally be the only one hustling to get things done. I REALLY hope she's an assistant manager! She deserves it! The General manager wasn't doing anything as far as I could see. He was loitering around in the back, strolling between stations, grabbing a cup of water from the fountain and sipping on it while watching the amount of people waiting for the online orders, and chatting with employees. Not once did I see him do anything to help. One other employee I saw who was primarily at the register kept leaving it to do other things while there were people still in line waiting to place their order. Overall, HORRIBLE service! I understand if they might have been understaffed, maybe someone didn't show up for their shift, or there were a bunch of new people working that night. But regardless, the GM should be hustling to make sure that orders are being sent out correctly, ALL his employees are hustling to get things done, and filling in where needed. Having worked in the food industry before, this was completely unacceptable. I woke up this morning feeling with the worst stomach ache I've had in a long time. And the last thing I ate was my tijuana flats meal. I would really hate to thing I was served bad food, but after the service I recieved last night, I wouldn't be suprised.

Togo order was ready 20 minutes after the time given at the time of order. Tacos were absolutely atrocious. The cookie dough flautas were the only thing good about this

Curbside never made it to me without calling , get home lettuce on tacos are very wilted and brown soggy hard tacos worse than taco bell , I will not be back to this location
