Left my home in Bradenton at 545 AM for my 7Am arrival time for a scheduled stress test only to be told the Dr was not coming in and I will be receiving a call to reschedule. When I asked for the Doctors name 3 people did not know it..then on the fourth person I was given a fictitious name. Not very professional. How do you work in an office and not know the Doctors name...come on now!! And as you can see from the prior bad reviews they take theor reviews so seriously they use the same canned answered for all of them.

I have an upcoming MRI appointment at your facility, but I experience severe anxiety and claustrophobia with traditional closed MRI machines. I would like to know if you have an open MRI available that I could use instead.

recently contacted your Havana branch regarding MRI services. I was informed that an open MRI is not available at this location. Could you please confirm if there is any nearby TGH facility that offers open MRI scans?

I’m sitting waiting for a friend to get done with a procedure and the lady (short hair Hispanic) at the front is rude. Seems like she discriminates to people of color. They are very pleasant to the Hispanics but rude to the black people. Her entire attitude is different. A elderly gentleman arrived for an appt by lift and he asked someone please help him get one back home and they told him they don’t do that. Told him he will need to find a way to do it alone. He said he didn’t know how they said well they can’t help. Someone needs to secretly observe their staff here at this location.

All the staff on Habana were friendly, but my mammogran tech, Calista, was wonderful! Due to my somewhat unique situation, she took extra time and care to get images that would be clear from various angles. I feel she went above and beyond. She was patient and instructive, and even though I felt my wait was long, it was totally worth it. I would easily return to this TGH imaging.

I show up for MRI of Neck and the tech refused to do my scan because he made up some rule that you have to take prednisone before the scan when the exam instructions just said no eat or drink three hours before . I’ve had dozens of MRI of neck and brain before and never was told I have to take a steroid before hand. Not to mention I’ve had previous scans at other TGH imaging and never was forced to take any sort of medications .
Waited 20 mins to speak to incompetent office manager who still refused service . Will be calling my insurance company and doctor to let them know they refused service

Worst customer service… the guy who has answered the call 3 times it’s an unprofessional rude person. Doesn’t even let me explain or ask the question and he’s already telling me I’m in the wrong line when I CALLED THE IMAGING CENTER!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! DO NOT GO!

My wife just was here yesterday, for a two part scan C.t and nuclear. She said the lady technician was very nice and a true professional. The test went smoothly and she was ,my wife. Says was a 5 star experience. Thank you all Bettina.

I went today for an ultrasound, registered online as requested, was pulled back 2 min before my appointment time and was out the door in 12 minutes. Mary, the sonographer, was professional and courteous. No complaints!

It’s sad that you can’t make an appointment for X-rays. Some people don’t have hours to waste waiting for a turn.
