“I cannot say enough positive things about Air Animal and the exceptional service they provided in managing my pet’s international health certificate and ensuring everything was in place for smooth travel from the United States to our overseas destination. International pet relocation is complicated even under the best circumstances, but our situation became particularly challenging when the USDA endorsement system went down at exactly the wrong time. Air Animal navigated every requirement, contingency, and obstacle with remarkable professionalism and persistence, ultimately securing the all-important USDA endorsement and ensuring that nothing jeopardized our pet’s travel. Their knowledge of the process, attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to get things done when it mattered most were truly outstanding. Special recognition and enormous kudos go to YAJAIRA ROSADO, who is quite simply a master at her trade. Yajaira made magic happen. She knew exactly what needed to be done, anticipated problems before they became problems, navigated regulatory requirements and unexpected obstacles with confidence, and somehow managed to calm our nerves throughout the process. At a time when the USDA system outage could easily have derailed everything, Yajaira remained determined, reassuring, and completely focused on finding a solution—and she delivered. Moving a beloved pet internationally can be enormously stressful, and having someone like Yajaira in your corner makes all the difference. Air Animal is extremely fortunate to have her, and I would recommend both Yajaira and Air Animal without hesitation to anyone undertaking an international pet move. Truly exceptional service from beginning to end.”

“So I actually went ahead and called the 1800# for Target to get the name of the return/delivery svc. company, being that this was the 2nd mattress we’ve sent back now after opening, trying and not liking. Anyway, those mattresses are heavy! I genuinely just wanted to do something nice for— I didn’t get their names, but there were 2 guys that were sent out this morning + the driver. To add to that, the condo complex I live in is very poorly marked making it frustrating to find which unit you’re looking for. They were FAST, effective, very kind, respectful and hard working. Thank U, again!!”
