“So I actually went ahead and called the 1800# for Target to get the name of the return/delivery svc. company, being that this was the 2nd mattress we’ve sent back now after opening, trying and not liking. Anyway, those mattresses are heavy! I genuinely just wanted to do something nice for— I didn’t get their names, but there were 2 guys that were sent out this morning + the driver. To add to that, the condo complex I live in is very poorly marked making it frustrating to find which unit you’re looking for. They were FAST, effective, very kind, respectful and hard working. International pet relocation is complicated even under the best circumstances, but our situation became particularly challenging when the USDA endorsement system went down at exactly the wrong time.
