Truly the best experience anyone could have ever asked for picking out their dream dress! My bridal party chose to upgrade to the VIP Crystal Room and hands down recommend 10/10. The room was decorated with sentimental touches and came equipped with a Bluetooth speaker which we were able to play our own selected playlist for the experience. That alone gave me such a sense of peace and happiness while trying on all the amazing gowns.
I must also mention our amazing stylist, Ariana!! This was my first time dress shopping (and the last!) all thanks to her amazing help and expertise. My original thought for what I was looking for ended up being the exact opposite, ironically, of what we went home with. We had a top contender of the favorite dress we had picked out from the wide selection available, but I asked Ariana to surprise me and bring back some that she thought would make a great fit despite not seeing it yet. Let’s just say the girl knows her stuff and the dress she picked ended up being the one we chose! I am forever grateful for her taking time and the attention to detail to everything we were looking for in a dream dress.
I also loved that they had a wide range of sizes and all dresses were able to go home with you that day unless you were to custom order. Their bridal accessory collection is absolutely stunning, and I can’t wait to be back in my dress on my wedding day!! Thank you Ariana, you made my whole experience!! ❤️

I was so excited to go dress shopping with a private room for all my friends. They only picked out two dresses that I actually liked after showing them pictures and then didn’t have me browse the inventory myself. I love my dress but I feel like I missed out on look at some beautiful ones. I then ordered a 2
400$ veil that they said would take 15 days to ship. It’s been almost 2 months and I still don’t have my veil. But it’s ok the manager said they never give out that information so I must be wrong. She said it takes 4-8 weeks to ship. Okay, it’s been 10 weeks. There’s no refunds or exchanges but you only know this after they swipe your card.

Ariana was absolutely wonderful! She helped my daughter in law find her dress last year so I was ecstatic when she was going to work with me to find my dress. She is so sweet and friendly and pulls dresses that you wouldn't normally think about. This is a great place to shop for your wedding dress.

I’m going to start saying that honestly, I was a bit stress about finding the right dress. I went to truly forever bridal and made an appointment. they introduced me to Ash. She was amazing. She Listen very closely to what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay for it. She wasn’t at all pushy or trying to sell the most expensive dress, but instead wanted me to find THE ONE. She made me feel like I knew her for a long time. Loved my experience here, and I’d strongly recommend it. Thanks Ash.. ❤️
Updated: I want to thank also Rita, she did my alternations and she went above and beyond with my dress. She’s very attention to detail. Loved my dress so much ? thank you ladies!!!

TLDR: I would not recommend getting your alterations done at Truly Forever Bridal.
My experience with buying a dress started out great but once the alterations scheduling/alterations started, it all went downhill. I purchased fabric at TFB for the seamstress to make me sleeves and there were shipping delays (which I understand can be inevitable), but the communication surrounding my alterations appointments being cancelled and rescheduled was non-existent. I had to call before each alterations appointment to find out whether my fabric had arrived despite receiving confirmation texts from the store that my appointment was still on the schedule. Two of my alterations appointments were cancelled and rescheduled without TFB letting me know - I had to call to figure it out each time. If I was not on top of my appointments, I would have driven to TFB twice just to be told to turn around. Despite making the manager aware of what was going on with the lack of communication, it continued happening. Due to the shipping delays, my alterations were not complete until a week before we left for our wedding. Knowing what I know now, I would have just purchased fabric locally. They may tell you that it is better to purchase fabric with them, but I highly recommend doing your research to source it locally as I don’t believe the fabric I purchased was even used.
The alterations experience was incredibly stressful. I provided Rita, the seamstress, with photos of the sleeves and the dress that I drew inspiration from was in store for her to reference if necessary. She said she could make them, but when I went to pick up the dress they were not at all what I asked for and were quite sloppy and asymmetrical (see photos labeled first appt). It seemed like barely any fabric had been used, but when I asked her if there was any left or if there was anything she could do, she said no. I left momentarily but came back once my brain cleared a bit so that I could speak to the manager, Ofelia. Once Ofelia spoke to Rita, suddenly there was more fabric and Rita offered to remake the sleeves. At this point, I would be picking up my dress 4 days later - 4 days before we were scheduled to leave for our wedding. I reminded Rita that I provided inspiration pictures and she did not have any memory of me sending them but was able to find them in her messages once I asked her to look.
After my final alterations appointment was scheduled, I ended up requesting to speak to the owner, Lilianna Haas, and she was incredibly kind and apologetic. I truly believe she is the reason why the second round of alterations were done so well. Not only were the sleeves better, but the entire dress fit better overall (especially around the waist) which leaves me wondering if it was tailored to begin with (see photos labeled second appt). The first set of sleeves were at the bottom of the dress bag, hence why I believe the fabric that I specially purchased for the sleeves was not used to make the final sleeves. I received a refund for my alterations and Lilianna offered to make things right in any way she could have if the sleeves were not done to my liking.
Although the alterations ended up being very beautiful, I would not recommend getting alterations done with Rita at Truly Forever Bridal as I am not confident they would have been done adequately if the owner was not involved. If you are having any concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to Lilianna as she can only assist if she knows what is going on.

I had an AMAZING experience at Truly Forever Bridal in Tampa! The selection was fantastic, with so many dresses in various sizes, which made it easy to see how each one would actually look on me. Ash, my consultant, was incredible. She took the time to get to know me and my style, which made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable. Her attentiveness and expertise helped me find my perfect dress! The entire experience was one-of-a-kind, and I truly felt special every step of the way. I would highly recommend Truly Forever Bridal to anyone searching for their dream dress! Thank you, Ash, for making this day so memorable!!

Less than a week away, my friend still hadn't received her veil. After trying to contact them, she kept getting excuses of why she hadn't received it. Finally got it over-nighted days before her wedding. So unprofessional
