I cannot believe the service I got here today came in to get a hitch put on and rent my trailer for my big move and Nicole who I spoke with yesterday was so on point and helpful made me feel like I was a vip at U-Haul while she was trying to find the best rate for me the general manager Mike came over and made sure I got what I needed for the best price!! Robert their tech went out his way to make sure my hitch was installed the right way and kept me updated the entire time he was working on it. They made my move so much easier with all the stress I was already going through the made it that much easier. Thank you guys soooo much!!!!!

My pick up time was delayed on U-Haul’s part and they made sure to contact me and provide me with other alternatives. It was a seamless process overall.

Good service, I went in on a Saturday morning they took care of me quick and fast got a nice truck clean up I think I paid like around 40 something it took me one ride to get all my stuff moved it was pretty decent for me.

Hands down the best uhaul I have been to. Curtis was extremely helpful and showed fantastic personable customer service. I had to travel from Brandon to get propane for my food truck. I called 5 other uhauls that offer propane refills and they either were waiting for a license and couldn’t, waiting for an adapter or just didn’t have a person there who could fill the propane.

In regards to afterhours pick this location is horrendous and the manager is completely failing this location. Everytime i pick up a truck after hours it is parked all the way behind the facility, most times in the middle of a large puddle where you have to walk through atleast 20 steps of deep water to get to the truck and thats not even the worst thing. The worst thing is that EVERYTIME i initially turn the truck on the volume is set at max level. When i brought this to there attention, i was told the employees play pranks on each other. The person who gets the truck ready for after hours pick purposely parks it in a bad spot and raises the volume of the radio to the max so the customer picking it up experiences an inconvenience. TO THE MANAGER, You need to get your team in line, i reached out to corporate today and i will continue to call them everytime ans try my best to find the owner of this branch so they are aware of your complete incompetence. until this stops or they put a proper manager in place i will continue to follow up on this. This is the only uhaul in tampa that i experience this issue. You guys are a joke.

Employees over booked, did not have a truck ready, and did not help find another truck. I had to call customer service who immediately found a backup truck after I left. The cashier Robert was rude, unhelpful, and honestly did not care to solve the issue. I would not recommend this location to any prospective customers.
