There is an obese man who serves you outside, he has bad treatment and is racist, he says he doesn't speak Spanish. He does his job very poorly since he inspected the trailer I rented and when I got home my wife told me that the right indicator was not working, I called the place and he told me that it was not a problem that I could drive like that, I returned and when they changed my papers and I was ready to take another one, he took his time making me waste time while he looked at me from afar.

Mike Reyes has outstanding customer service skills, he went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one. I'm a 63 year old woman and I was already overwhelmed by the trauma of having to move again. My only suggestion is that uhaul should offer discounts for the elderly as well as frequent flyers. This is my 2nd relocation in less than 6 months, it's very costly, as well as emotionally exhausting for someone of my age.

I drove 9 miles and I full the tank with 5 gallon of gas. I dont know how its possible. I raised this complaint to manager but even he was not listening our concern even though technician said for 9 miles it required 1 gallon of gas. Manager and staff beviour was rude. Next time I will not recommend to any one about u-haul.

We rented this unit in August of 2022. A month or two after we rented the unit, our unit was broken into along with a few others. I discovered the break in during January of 2023 as we obviously did not think we had to babysit the unit. At that time, we went to the office to ask about why our door was pried ajar (not even fixed). The office said they called in october to let us know it was broken into. I did receive a call in October, but not for a break in. I obviously would have come a lot sooner than January. Our unit number was not even listed on their police report. The door was still even broke after we moved our belongings out. All of our bags were torn apart and clothing was strewn across the unit after the break in. Our dresser was broken along with many items missing. Why am I writing a review? Because they had the audacity to charge my card $25 after we moved out because we left the broken dresser in the unit. They couldn't even call us to tell us our unit was broken into, never repaired the door and certainly didn't offer to help us clean up the mess. Would give 0 stars in possible. Will never use uhaul again.

Every single employee here is terrible. We got a u haul truck and a tow dolly to tow our car across the country and the gentleman who attached the tow dolly to the u haul was absolutely unhelpful and walks off without saying a word or attaching the car to the tow dolly. We went inside to complain to the “general manager” and he looked like he could give two F’s about anything and he went outside to attach the car to the tow dolly and did it so poorly. Save yourself from this place because they obviously don’t care about their job or your safety.

John and other staff here are super helpful. They have the best customer service ever! They are truly willing to help their customers to solve the problem. I would recommend everyone to come here instead of other locations.

Mostly this is for reviews regarding customer service with U-Haul but this one is about their employment it's awesome my husband's been there for a while and it's just been a blessing what a wonderful company and how they treat their staff and the things that they do for this that they're going above and beyond with the benefits that come working for them so kudos to U-Haul for all they offer their employees

I was there on Friday and the staff was amazing. They made the process very comfortable. I was renting a truck and a trailer. Nichole beautiful customer service full of smiles so early in the morning and very patient great customer service and Brandon amazing helped me with the trailer when I got home had and issue and came to my rescue. Thanks guys keep up the good work. Also spoke to Leticia today and she was great. Amazing customer service

I have a storage unit here & this facility is the absolute worst to get into contact with via phone. I have to call Uhaul’s customer service every single time to have them send an online message to the facility for them to “possibly call me back”. Good luck ever trying to reach them. I finally got a hold of them today after blowing up their phones over 8 times and the lady who answered is still trying to find my “account” I’m literally writing this being on hold for the past 10 minutes. I’m sure I’ll have to hang up and call again or just stay on hold for another 30 plus minutes.

BEWARE! SHADY AF! Avoid at all costs! I called a day before I picked up a truck stating exactly what I was looking for, which was to do a ONE WAY move needing a 10' truck. They said they didn't have any trucks but I could go on a "calling list" for when they have what I need in. Next Day: They called me stating they had a 10' truck! I got all the way to the location, went through all the steps in the process with the signings and at the very end the lady was like, "just so you understand...the truck needs to be returned to this location." Uhhhh, Excuse me? I said a ONE WAY! They purposely make sure that you have to return their trucks so they get them back. Which pretty much makes them only good for "in town or area" moves. And they spring it on you at the very end. Talk about shady as hell! Also, the truck they did end up loaning me was AWFUL! Only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas, had a shattered driver side mirror, no working dome light, low tire pressure on one of tires, and blinkers that were sticky. They constantly give you the run around with people saying they will contact you but never do. They never own up to their mistakes and blame everything on you as the customer.

If they're were negative stars this place would get it. Intake staff are slow, inconsiderate, not friendly. They work really hard to set the customer service bar super low.
